I’m pleased with the service you can drop your car off at the body shop and they will take you where you need to go also come pick you up when your car is done & will make sure you don’t leave unhappy 🙁update just Noticed this back window will not roll down unless the driver rolls it down not happy at all

Woodhouse was so easy and great to work with!! I dropped my car off left town and it was done as promised when I returned. Matt Rigatuso made the experience so easy and he took care of all the insurance for me too! Would definitely recommend!! Thanks for your help Woodhouse!

I took my car here originally for an estimate on a cracked bumper/fender 43 days ago, booked an appointment immediately to get it fixed. They did not work with my insurance initially which caused an unnecessary 2 week delay, then a 2 week delay on parts, then they tore the car down (I understand this is needed but all of the added parts they said came from this were obviously needed from the start) and now I am in another 2 week delay and counting. Communication was very poor initially, then turned around a little after expressing my frustration and is now terrible again. I have had to constantly go back and forth with woodhouse and my insurance through the whole process. I lose my rental vehicle covered by insurance in a week (day 50) for a job I was told originally would be finished 19 days ago "at the latest"! Horrible experience all around, they expressed concern only when I said I was going to go elsewhere and now that the car is stuck there, they do not care once again. It will be a miracle if I get my car back by next week or even this month. I am totally worried the repairs will be trash at this point as well, lucky for me the car is leased through woodhouse. If you think 2 to 3 months and countless hours on the phone is reasonable to fix a bumper, then go here, but I would go elsewhere.

I wasn't real happy when my brand new truck received a substantial amount of hail damage. I contacted James and the problem was solved. I'm not sure who the body guy was but I think it looks better today than the day I drove it off the lot. I'm very happy with the treatment I received from start to finish.

Alison was fantastic to work with. She kept the insurance company on the ball when they dropped it. She kept in contact with them. The rest of the team was also very helpful as well, when she wasn't available. I will not take my car anywhere else!
