Greatly disappointed. I called and got a phone quote for installing some lights and a front bumper on my jeep. I planned it out 3 weeks on advance since I’m a planner and our jeep is used regularly and the dates i set aside was to coincide with a wedding we had to attend and the jeep would not be needed and close enough to Christmas to be a great surprise gift. I stopped in yesterday to confirm all was set and they lost me appointment but we’re going to accommodate me and get me in. So great …thanks However the quote was not accurate. They said it would be at least 60% more and they were sorry Well they said they would check with owners and see and let me know on Wednesday (today) Well it gets worse….he called less then 24 hrs from my drop off date of the install , and that i had planned for 3 weeks and at a set price …….to let me know it would actually be 130% more then i was quoted! No you can see almost all of my reviews except for one more are of great reviews and i never post a bad reviews without a good conversation with the business but this has got me on a few things that are not fair and good 1) i had it all planned at the prices they said and i felt good on 2) set a date that works for me well in advance 3) stopped by just to make sure , luckily otherwise the trip to the airport would have been stressful!!! 4) i got switched to a much higher price then quoted and that puts the whole project out of my planned budget. 5) i had purchased a few items for this build that i cant return 6) and short notice my holiday gift idea has been blown. Did i mention im a planner and with a wedding this weekend and Christmas in 5 days it was greatly disappointing !! And i did get a I’m sorry but in my business if i quote a wrong price thats on me and not the consumer! They feel different and that has sent me in a snowball of things to handle that I was about 24 hours from being done with! Attached i have taken screen shots to show how many times i called to verify the job price and scope of work. Always directed to Joe as he was in charge of it all and he said we can for sure get this done each and every time Austin was the man I spoke with in person on Tuesday and on phone both Tuesday and Wednesday and he was very pleasant and tried to accommodate my needs but unfortunately management had other plans . So i do appreciate his efforts in this all

What a fantastic team and service! I visited Autographix to have my new leather (heated and cooling) seats re-installed—and let me tell you, it’s like trying to put a puzzle together with your eyes closed. But these guys were pros! They kept me in the loop about the progress. It only took 2.5 days the first installer’s ( a place in Lincoln) took three weeks, and I was starting to think they were building a spaceship. Autographix has definitely won my loyalty. Their customer service is out of this world. Thanks, Mark and Team!

Customer Service: I'm giving them two stars because they don't communicate well and don't follow up. They promised to contact me about my Xpel (PPF) warranty card, but despite my many attempts and three phone calls over three months, they haven't. They gave me a ride when I dropped off my car, but wouldn't give me a ride back unless it was at a specific time. Pricing/Accommodations: I'm also giving them two stars here because their prices aren't clear and they're not flexible. When I went back to get some work finished, I found out about a 10% discount that they didn't offer me before. This makes me wonder if their prices are fair. When I asked about the discount, they just laughed, which wasn't professional. Workmanship: Their work isn't as good as they say it is. For example: - Door Sill: They had trouble putting PPF on the door sill and didn't put back a guard they removed. They said they couldn't put PPF on because of a car logo, but that doesn't match what others in the industry do. - Below the Trunk[On rear bumper cover] : They wouldn't put PPF here because they said it was too hard. This makes me question if they really want to meet all of a customer's needs. - Ceramic Coating: They said this would make my car glossier, but I didn't see a difference. This makes me feel like their service isn't worth it. - Inside the Cabin: They put PPF on piano black trims but didn't clean up afterwards. I had to spend extra time cleaning it myself. Xpel (PPF): Bubbles appeared soon after they installed this, so I had to go back to get it fixed. This makes me doubt their quality control. I'm still waiting for them to resolve my warranty card issue. Overall, their service isn't as good as others in the industry. Considering the price, I think people should look for other places to take their cars.

I should’ve listened to the reviews… I got a lift kit and new tires done on my jeep beginning of February. As a business you’d think they would ask if I wanted my old parts back (my wrangler is brand new so I wanted them, I would understand if it was a 2000s wrangler then obviously wouldn’t want the parts back) without asking they completely scrapped my parts. I asked for my parts back when I was going to pick up my Jeep. The guy says “it’s Friday, shop is closed up early but I will give you a call Monday and you can come get your parts”. Okay perfect! That following Monday I come in, they told me drive around back and someone will be there to put your parts in your car. A guy comes out and starts putting my old tires in my car. I said “oh no I don’t want my old tires I want my old suspension kit”. The guy continues to argue with me and say “well they told me just the tires”. After the guy is just starring at me not saying anything he finally offers to go back inside to see where my parts are. 10+ minutes later a different guy comes out and says they have completely scrapped my parts and to give them a week and they’ll have them even though I was told they were all found! Lovely! So we are a lying business now! He also said that he’d throw in a free suspension kit for my troubles. Okay great! A week roles by. I called and asked if my parts were found and if I could go pick them up. He says “we can’t find your springs so we had to order new ones from H&H. Why from H&H and not mopar or jeep? I don’t know. “I will get those delivered to your house with all your parts”. I gave him my address and he said that following Monday they’ll be there. Now it’s Monday. I have not received my package from these people. I give them a call. Keep in mind this is the same guy I have been talking to through out this entire process. His name is Mark. “Yeah so the parts never got delivered yesterday I will give them a call and call you back”. Okay sure. Never gave me a call back! My “parts” were finally delivered and the picture below is how they delivered them. If my springs were ordered why weren’t they in a box? Why wasn’t any of my parts in a box? And on top of everything those are not my original parts. They are beat up old JL wrangler parts they just found. Also I did NOT receive my free suspension kit like I was told. It took them a MONTH to finally deliver these shitty parts. I have been going back and forth with these people for a month. Please do not go here. Horrible communication, I always had to be the one to call. I am very upset with this whole situation and I will never receive my original parts.

They completely ripped me off and didn’t even try to pay me my money back. Didn’t even offer to pay me my money back. Didn’t even offer to help resolve my problem. I brought my truck to them several times thinking I was gonna get what I was paying for I ordered The rims and tires for my truck that we’re not the right size then I paid for a 6 inch lift they did not put a 6 inch lift. All they did was torque up the front of my truck with the torque bars still charged me over $3000. They took off my shocks and installed some new shocks that don’t even ask for they also aligned my front end when they gave it back to me my steering wheel was all the way to the left. This is a 2021 GMC Denali I tried and tried to talk to the owner. Nobody would return my calls. Nobody wanted to give me an answer. I just didn’t really wanna help me at all after they put the rims and tires on one of the rooms, I didn’t torque down good enough so the rim and tire came off while I was driving my truck slam down on the ground, messing up the back fender and my brakes they did fix the brakes. It took him two weeks to do that. They were supposed to do the bodywork they didn’t do that and then they tried to tell me my truck was like thatI would never bring another thing to these people as long as I lived it cost me over $3000 to fix my truck and another 3000 to put the proper lift on it. I would never bring anything to them.

Nelson is really doing a great job! I had some issues but this man genuinely wanted to handle it and make things right. I had swore off autographix for any future projects. However, now that Nelson is running it and the way he handled it I definitely feel comfortable bringing them more of my business.
