Hands down to these great people! Honest and genuinely sincere when it comes to their work ethic. I grew up with a mechanic dad who taught me the importance of having an honest shop/mechanic to work on my vehicle. Took me some time to find the right place, but glad to have found Toyota Techs here in Omaha. My most recent experience with them was when I made a mistake during my scheduled appointment, and went in a day early. Instead of telling me to come back the next day, they were able to squeeze me in their schedule and took care of my primary concern regarding my stolen vehicle that needed checked out. They even gave me a discount afterwards when I went in to pick up the vehicle. Always a pleasant experience from them, 💯 recommend these guys.

Toyo Techs were amazing and helping me diagnose my 2019 4Runners hmm hmm noise/vibration at 40-55 mph. I went In believing that it was a needle bearing needing to be replaced on the driver side and they also agreed after doing a drive test and diagnosis. They were able to get my vehicle in after they had a cancellation. And was able to get it replaced within a few hours. This was my second place to go, but should have been my first stop. I went to Baxter Toyota, and they diagnosed the 4Runner needing a whole new front differential and both CV axles costing me $5600. Didn’t sit right with me so I got a second opinion at Toyo Techs and least I can say is they are amazing. Great experience and will take my 4Runner back for work!

Hands down the best Toyota maintenance shop in the area. I’ve been to all the Toyota dealerships around Omaha and none of them come close to the service, communication, knowledge and quality that toyo techs provides. I bought a GX470 recently and it was time for an oil change. I wanted to have some parts inspected that usually cause problems on older GX470s since I’m not a fan of unexpected vehicle breakdowns or come aparts. I decided to give the guys over at toyo techs a try since they came highly recommended by many of my friends. Making an appointment was incredibly easy, all I had do was send a text to the number on their Google page. They replied very quickly and I had an appointment within 5 minutes. When the day of my appointment came, I went into their shop and instantly noticed how neat, clean, and tidy their waiting room was. They had toys kids, snacks, water bottles, coffee, as well books and magazines. I checked in at the front desk and handed them my keys before I went home (I’m not the stay and wait for an oil change kind of guy.) They called me a few hours later to tell me that they got the oil change done and that they found some stuff to fix that I didn’t mention and some stuff that I didn’t even know about. I was told that they were writing up an estimate for everything else that I wanted done and that they recommended I should do. A link was sent to me via text and I was able to go in and pick which services I wanted to be done. After i submitted the items I wanted done, I received a text saying that they would get started on that. It was just a few more hours until I received another text saying it was done. I showed up, was greeted with a smile talked a little bit about what they did, tapped my card to pay, and I was out the door feeling like I had definitely got exactly what I paid for. Bottom line, if you need something done on your Toyota and want to not have to worry about feeling like you’re gonna get bad service or have an inexperienced tech working on your vehicle, then take your vehicle to Toyo Tech. They will take good care of you.

With extended family, we have five Toyota/Lexus vehicles in our fleet. Combined with Toyota reliability, we exclusively choose Toyo Techs as our maintenance stop for all our needs. Most of our cars are well over 100,000 miles, into 200,000 miles and are running strong thanks to the quality work and fair for the money price of services provided By Toyo Techs. Our latest “wow” moment came from having TT polishing out these Camry headlights. Cheaper than aftermarket or Toyota replacement, this will ensure that our teenager has safe travel too and from the weight room and practice fields before dawn, and after dusk. Pictures don’t do this cosmetic and safety upgrade justice! Thanks to the talented techs, Ryan, Marcus, and Shelby for being easy on the eyes and easy on the wallet! 😎

Just picked up my 3rd gen 4 runner, it was in due to a leaky wheel seal on the rear axle. I was kept well informed throughout the process and they even saved me some $ which is a great sign for a shop! The guy at the counter (unfortunately I didn't catch his name) answered all of the questions I had in regards to my vehicle. Will definitely be recommending this shop to anyone who owns a toyota/Lexus and I will be going back for any other items needing to be replaced on my 4runner!

Will not take my vehicle anywhere else. Not everything cheap and quick is worth it (thats what she said). Schedule your maintenance in advance like every other adult thing you do, and you’re golden. Iv seen these guys turn people down on things they could have made money on- but the customers vehicle simply didn’t need it. Serious integrity. If I could change anything it would maybe be you get to decide if your mechanic has tattoos or goes shirtless. Idunno. A girl can dream.
