The Jensen Team was awesome, I hit a curb in the snow in the morning causing my tire control arm to be bent and they got me looked at the moment I got to the shop. I will say I didn’t get the repairs done as per corporate they won’t allow payment over the phone. So I had to go to a different repair shop to get the fix to my car. I do recommend this shop though as their team took good care of me.

I've been with Jensen Tire for 25 plus years and they are honest and will get your vehicle on the road again. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because this is the 3rd time after getting an oil change that they haven't reset the (Time for an oil change) in my vehicle's computer system and every time I start my car my ding, ding goes off. I've reminded them the last 2 times but I was going to see if they had got it right this time but not. I spoke with a lady named Mat a few times throughout the day and she did a superb job a was professional and polite. Thanks Jensen Tire, need to remember to reset oil change on vehicle's computer.

Jensen tire treated us very well. Would definitely recommend this auto shop. Nat at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Really appreciated Daniel’s explanations of the issues with the car. He walked me through and helped me understand exactly what was going on. I value honest feedback and feel that is what I got at this Jensen location.

Great bunch of guys. Changed my tired quickly. But I forgot to ask to put air in my back tires. I will use them again for all my vehicle repairs.

I was very lucky for my vehicle to die in their parking lot. I was out and about doing errands and working when my vehicle just stopped working. Some gentlemen offered to help and diagnosed my vehicle in 30 seconds. Was a quick half hour fix and I left very satisfied.

Although I can not prove it, I am positive that this store stole my son’s spare tire and jack. My son was heading on a road trip, I showed him where his spare and jack were in case he would need them. They were there when we looked. My son took his vehicle in for an oil change before leaving, when he got back from the road trip, he got a flat, he went to get his spare, and somehow they were both missing. Jensen is the only place who had access to them. This place used to be a decent company, now it seems the folks working there are sketchy. Because I have no proof, I won’t press charges, but buyers beware!

I stopped in at 5:53PM - 7 min before close. I had a tire that continued to go low. No complaints about the time. They found a screw and had me fixed up in about 20 minutes! Thank you so much! Great customer service!

I'm from out of state and damaged my tire. I called to see if I could make an appointment. I was told to come in about an hour later and they would work me in. Amazing customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn't be more pleased with my experience! 😊

I like the oil change service am getting at this Jensen Tire location. This is my 2nd time doing oil change at this location and they are professional and quick. My first time 5months ago, I just stopped by without an appointment and the manager got it done quick . Today with an appointment and another small mechanical issue they got me out within 1.5hours and I love it. Thanks to the lady at front desk and the team for a quick professional service😊
