She went above and beyond, so helpful with information and her demeanor was much appreciated because my world felt like it was falling apart. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this place. Fabulous customer service! Thanks Samir!! Stopped in on Christmas eve as I was trying to replace a car battery in my parents mobility van. Samir was working behind the counter and lent me the required tools necessary to remove the battery and get the van up and running before Christmas. This will be my go to store!!

Customer service was excellent! Above and beyond. The way customer service used to be once upon a time, I received here. I needed fuses for my car. Size 15. The gal at the counter asked me if she could help me. I told her I needed fuses. She came out from behind the counter and showed me where they were. She the. Asked me how many I needed. I told her just one. She suggested that I get the variety pack. It has the one I wanted and the other different sizes in case I needed a different size later. I thought that was a good idea. She even told me they were the same price so I didn't have to even ask. She took me back to the counter and rang me up. She was not judgmental. I lost a crown in the front of my mouth. Most people just stare or treat me a little differently but she spoke to me like she didn't notice at all. To the woman that helped me! Keep being you! You are awesome! FYI readers. If someone has some obvious teeth missing, it's not always because of drugs or because one is trashy or even old. It could be due to trauma and it takes at a minimum 6 months for each step to get a tooth replacement. I lost a 30 year old crown so now I'm getting it replaced. It takes several steps before some things can happen.

This morning, I came in to have my battery checked/replaced, Trinidad, the only employee there, helped me while helping other customers (about 15-20) with a positive attitude. Thank you!!
