If I could leave no stars I would. 2022 GMC Denali 2500 Duramax Diesel, 22000 miles, less than 3 years from purchase, refused to honor warranty on transmission, blamed us for towing too much even though we have owned several trucks purchased from Woodhouse and never had a problem before, truck is made for towing and to be towed according to owners manual and GMC’s advertisements. There are a lot of reviews online showing problems associated with the transmission issues with these trucks. Woodhouse used to be known for their loyalty to their customer and putting them first - this is no longer true. When you pay $70-$80,000 for a vehicle you would want to back their quality as well as reputation of their brand. Our family has purchased over 30 vehicles from Woodhouse Auto over the years - we will now be doing our business elsewhere.

I was in a pinch after part of my bumper and my blinker fell off. I needed to be able to safely and legally drive my car in as little time as possible. The body shop team at Woodhouse got me in right away, got my car better than driveable within a few hours, and charged me a reasonable amount. They also shuttled me to and from work. Overall, they turned a stressful situation into the best case scenario. I would definitely go back to them again, but I’m hoping I won’t have the need to (knocking on wood)!

The staff is super friendly. The work on the vehicle was great! The only thing that is keeping me from giving a 5 star is the lack of communication. I quick text or call would have been amazing to know if there is a delay in the process or if the car is done sooner than expected. Other than that, I had a good experience.
