Best body work I have ever had done on a vehicle. Wilson’s replaced the whole right side of my Jeep Cherokee latitude and after it was done it looked like it had never been wrecked! So I called back recently when I backed into a tree and they were able to set up an appointment for the same week and I am returning to have them fix the rear of my vehicle! Paul is amazing and works with amazing detail and hard work. Very friendly and welcoming as well!

Paul, the owner did our body work. He did an excellent job and came in a little less on his estimate plus he even cleaned out the inside of my car and washed. I sent my Dad over and he got his truck done a day sooner and less then his estimate. Im impressed. Heidi his receptionist was also very pleasant to deal with!!!

The towing service response was fast and the operator was courteous. The office personnel were nice and friendly even saying they would work with me on the storage bill and towing charges. I requested their body shop look at the vehicle and give an estimate for damages. Their tech Paul told me he would look at the damage the following morning... Two days later after he verbally told me the estimate, I then requested he e-mail me the estimate and he agreed. After not receiving the email the following day I went to the office to see what the problem was. Office personnel incorrectly copied my address the first time, I corrected the address and requested the estimate be sent to my email. After not receiving the estimate the following day I then e-mailed the business and requested the estimate. It was sent that day at the close of business, on a Friday before Christmas weekend. Now that I had the estimate in a format I could send to people I got my affairs in order and went to have the vehicle moved the following Tuesday. Now that it was time to pay the bill all talk of working with me on the bill was out the window; my vehicle was there for a total of 8 days inducing weekends and holidays. The total for my towing was $575.00. The office personnel told me the was absolutely no way the fee would be reduced even given the circumstances of the estimate I was waiting on from their shop. I don't recommend their service unless you have absolutely no other option.
