These days it's hard to find a shop that you can trust is not out to tape your pockets. The service and integrity of the management and technicians is of the highest caliber. We brought our car to them after we went to the dealer and were told they would charge us $3000 just to find out what our problem was. First off Willoughby was only going to charge us $450 to assess the issue. They were thorough and showed us exactly what they found. They fixed our car in less time than originally projected and way under what the dealer would have charged I'm sure. I have found my new go to mechanical shop.

We always get courteous and expert service here! They provide thoughtful and comprehensive video based explanations about the vehicle issues and communicate promptly. Pricing is fair and terrific warranty work. Have already highly recommended others to this great shop.

Wayne was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond any shop I've dealt with in the past and made me truly feel as if I was the only customer there. Not only are the reports extremely detailed, but he called me every step of the way to keep me in the loop on what was going on, and the status of my repairs. Wayne also guaranteed me a price and didn't exceed that quote. His dedication and commitment to the customer service aspect was truly amazing. I will definitely be back (just hopefully not too soon).

Despite the busy holiday week, they fit me in for new brakes and at a fair price. The complimentary loaner car was so helpful, too. This was my first visit here, but I’ll be back for future service for sure!
