everything is overpriced and they always recommend the most expensive product (even if it’s not the best or right product for the job). i’ve been in here a few times looking for Lucas branded products. both times, two different techs, said they’ve never even heard of the “Lucas” brand. how does an auto part store not know about one of the big brand names?? one of the guys was the manager. also, THEIR website says these Lucas products are IN STORE READY FOR PICKUP. yet the dudes never heard of it? alright NAPA, i’ll just shop elsewhere. i’ve had enough

Awesome place to go for auto parts. They love helping you. There just very busy with their employees and customers who come in the store. Clean showroom. Dirty warehouse. They will help you if you need the help but if they're in their mood swings then they wont do nothing for you. They always talk behind your back. It's just a gig for old people. Enough parking spots. But no name brand parts just generic. But never looked out for me. But there always overstocked with there parts that come in. So 7/10 times they'll have what you're trying to looking for.

It is the biggest disappointment I ever had with online transaction. I reserved my order, waited for conformation email from NAPA, that my order is ready to be picked up, came to the store day after estimated pick-up day. And...... I was told that my order never been ready for pickup. And they even don't have the items which I ordered in the store at all. What a shame. I spent time to drive to the store, I spent mileage on my car, I used gasoline to drive to the store, knowing that my order is ready. BUT IT WAS NOT READY TO PICKUP BECAUSE STORE DOESN'T HAVE THESE Items at all . MOREOVER, STORE REPRESENTATIVES, AFTER CHECKING FOR ME THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE MY ITEMS AT THEIR STORE EVEN DIDN'T TRY TO HELP ME OUT TO OBTAIN THEM. They mentioned that this item may be available at the store of 1hr driving from them. But I even didn't want to risk to drive to different store. WHO KNOWS, MAYBE THEY WOULD NOT HAVE IT EITHER. Terrible experience.

Twice in a row. I've placed an online order for pickup and the store has closed prior posted closing time without any notification. Disappointing at best
