I met with the owner, Jeff, to review my repair and paint work needed for a 15 year old BMW motorcycle that I was restoring. It involved repairing deep scratches and damage to the body panels and side bags / hard luggage. Thankfully, Jeff agreed to take on my project for a very fair price given the amount of very detailed prep work required and the high-quality outcome I was requesting. The bodywork has a lot of sharp angles and edges - tough to prep and tough to paint, in my opinion. I had requested a dark blue metallic BMW factory paint for the majority of the body panels and a BMW factory dark charcoal for some of the other body panels. When I received the call from the front desk staff - who is very pleasant and polite, I was excited to see the result. I simply could not have been ANY happier with the final product. Perfectly laid down BMW-factory dark blue metallic paint, very glossy and not a single run, drip, fish-eye or fleck of dust in the paintwork. The bodywork looked like it just came out of the factory ! Truly amazing work quality. I later had them paint a hard-sided rear trunk for the motorcycle the same body color and it too turned out perfectly ! The owner Jeff is very personable and he is engaged to ensure customer satisfaction, the front desk is helpful, pleasant and very polite and the paint staff is highly skilled. I absolutely recommend Wickliffe Auto Body for your paintwork.

I have taken my cars to Dan at Wickliffe Autobody for many years, and have always been extremely satisfied with the service. They are always very communicative and set realistic expectations on the timeline for repairs, which I greatly appreciate. They always do an amazing job-- I trust their work so much that I have referred Dan and his team to pretty much all of my family and friends. You could not be in better hands than with them. Highly recommend!

THESE ARE AMAZING PEOPLE!! I’ve been getting my repairs from Wickliffe Auto Body since 2014, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They really go the extra mile to make you feel like you’ve really put your trust and your hard earned vehicle in the right hands. I’ve traveled over an hour from home to continue business here. Before/After photos provided below… (Everytime I get my car back, it’s also the cleanest, shiniest, and best smelling it’s ever been. I was geeking out because I didn’t know my car could literally sparkle like this in the sunlight! Lol) I wouldn’t ever waste my time with searching for anyone else’s repair shop. Thanks again Dan, Giovanni, and everyone else that works so hard to keep my cars looking badass tip top condition!!!

This place is amazing. I hit a deer and they filed a claim with my insurance and got everything taken care of. They even helped me as far as the other estimates I had before I went there that didn't seem right to me.. I had a loaner that I didn't have to pay for, and they were able to take care of my deductible... Totally amazing.. I sincerely mean this when I say that I recommend them whole heartedly... I will be back, and I will recommend to everyone I know who has any auto issues.. oh and if anything else happens at the location of my accident all I need to do is call and they will take care of the rest.. sometimes things can sound to good to be true BUTTTT this place is too good to be true.. haha.. they definitely helped me out in a time when I needed the help and someone to be honest and truthful because I had no idea what I was doing. I was a ball of nerves not trusting any mechanic but they have my trust and my business going forward ❤️❤️❤️🙏 I posted some before pictures and will add some after photos once I get my car back later today.. yayyyy...!! Update: Had my vehicle.worked on recently due to someone breaking in to my van and they tried to pry my sliding door off on my van causing the top to come off... Wickliffe auto body did another amazing job repairing my vehicle and I couldn't be happier... They also cleaned it up... They took care of my insurance claim and I didn't have to do very much at all.. Highly recommend a second time to anyone needing repairs...! I'll be back in the future I'm sure... Thank you for doing such a great job every time u have had my vehicle🙏🙏❤️

The business doesn't practice good business practices. I was quoted a price and when I went to pick up the car it was $200 over my quoted amount and the only explanation was "the price is fair." I was told I would be given a cash discount that did not happen. Took the car in for front end damage and cosmetically it looks ok but now I have to pay someone for a wheel alignment. It seems if they were putting my front end back together and charging me over my quoted amount they could have aligned the wheels. I can't say I need auto body shops alot but I will not recommend any business that has bad business practices. I read the reviews and chose this shop based off those reviews, but the reviews don't reflect the service I received. Very disappointed customer!!

Excellent auto repair, took care of communication with insurance company and provided a seamless rental experience. Took the time to explain the repair process and answer all of my questions. Paint match and repairs were perfect. I highly recommend Wickliffe Auto Repair.
