2 weeks and 400 dollars later they finally changed our battery and oil..seems a little pricey don't it? They charged more to put battery in then the cost of battery itself. (Autozone does it for free)They really rip off their customers here. We bought this car here and we're "promised" good service.they have failed in that commitment. The jerk offs won't even call and communicate that the vehicle is finished. Will never be back and will never recommend. The place needs new management immediately. They don't make it right at white's.

I'd say it's probably one of the best dealerships in the area. Very attentive but not pushy. If you have a question ask. The salespeople from what I could see were very knowledgeable of the product. As far as their service department, excellent.

Great service department! Recently purchased a RV, during our first trip our air bag fault light illuminated. Contacted White’s Ford Service department and got an appointment within 3 business days. Troubleshot, ordered the part, and resolved the issue within 2 days. I highly recommend this dealership for all of your Ford service needs!
