Exceptional customer service! Kudos Chris! They arrived at an accurate diagnosis of my vehicle ( after 3 mechanics shops in Springfield said they could not find a problem) and took care of the problem. Both my car and I are happy! I will return to White's and Quick Lube (where they took it for the wheel alignment - thank you Daniel).

I saw a Jeep online that I was interested in purchasing at their dealership in Urbana. I was contacted by Steve Morris who asked if he could assist. I emailed him back and asked if a specific Jeep was in stock. He replied (1st time) that he thought it was and would respond in 30 minutes to let me know for sure. 30 minutes later he responded (2nd time) that they did have it in. I then told him what my situation was and that I’d be driving from Delaware to take a look and decide. I asked for the best price and he responded (3rd time) with a price and said “as listed”. I emailed him again and said the the website didn’t have a price listed and said to call. He responded (4th time) and confirmed the price. I then said I would be on my way and left to make the hour drive. I arrived ready to test drive and then purchase the Jeep I was looking at. I was met at the door by Mr. Morris who said “Oh, you didn’t get my last email? We don’t have that Jeep. It was a special order for a customer.” Are you kidding me? You confirmed 4 times that you had the Jeep I emailed you about only to realize that you were looking at the wrong one? The one he was looking at wasn’t even the same body style... Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I’m not sure if he was just lazy, incompetent or trying to pull the old bait and switch... On a slightly positive note after I complained about the two hour waste of my time and the drive he did offer a 10 dollar gas card which I declined.

Love this place. They are very helpful in getting paperwork, getting me the car I want together, for buying a car. Quick at 360 and oil check ups on my car. Have been using them for years because there employees and staff are friendly.

I was very impressed a lady was stuck out at Walmart with her vehicle she called up one of the employees he was awesome he came out to help her even took her home what an awesome guy if I ever by another vehicle it will be from them again
