Wheeler's did a great job painting the roof of our Avalon. They quoted the price up front and stuck to it. They repaired the car in less than week! Highly recommend.

Very busy and I've been waiting for almost a month to get my Jeep fixed from my neighbor backing his truck into my Jeep back in April. Recived my Jeep back and was highly Disappointed. The places that was hit are fixed and looks great, but they didn't even TRY to Blend in the New Paint and Clear Coat. I was under the impression that they was going to blend in the new with the old. I won't go back there regardless of how great the dent was fixed but it's like driving 2 different vehicles. One freshly painted on passenger side and 8 year old paint on the roof and driver's side.

Woman is rude in there. They ain't none of them really friendly at all honestly. And on top of everything else my car was towed from an accident and I never asked them to come get my car or none of that. Then they wouldn't tow it to my house had to take it to their shop. Then gonna say oh its $275 plus 35 dollars a day for every day it's here... Go to get something out the car and got a huge lecture about I can't remove anything on the car like the battery or tag etc. And I just so happened to have a different car battery inside my car and I went to go take it with me and here they come hollering "NO No No you can't take that" I said "it doesn't go to this car" wanted to say a lot more but they ran back inside.They are just plain hateful. I really don't care for these people at all. Maybe you'll have a better experience than I have. Good luck.

Sometimes the lady at the front is rude, my sis in law came in there twice, First visit the lady was rude to her and the second time we came back she was more pleasant.When we were coming to pick up our Toyota Camry after it had been in the shop for almost 2 weeks or so.

Rude dishonest company. After repairs on my Hyundai I had to turn around and get more repairs done on the vehicle. And then they didn't even bother to pay the rental company the money allowed from my insurance company so now Enterprise is demanding that I pay for the rental. It was in my agreement contract that Wheeler's body shop pay the bill. The staff at the desk is very rude and hateful and even hung up on me twice.

I will never use them again. This was actually my second time using them and I really feel like I got taken advantage of. They did not stick to the original amount quoted and then I was told there was a very small part on the front of my car that was going to cost extra money but it wouldn't be noticable if it was left undone. I got my car back and it was extremely noticeable....not like what was decribed to me at all. They also didn't screw in another part properly and it only had 2 screws when it needed around 12. I thought if I called and tried to talk to them about the issue that they would try work it out with me....that was not the case. Instead the receptionist was pretty much rude and the owner did not seem to care...just said he could do the work for a few more hundred dollars. I had already paid them $1500! Not to mention I had to rent a car while mine was in the shop for 3 days. I was so disappointed as I was a repeat customer and felt like I would be treated better. I don't reccomend using them!!
