Although it took an unexpected longer period of time to complete the work, the staff was very kind and acknowledged they were behind and short on personnel. I respected that and appreciated it. However, I was really pleased with the results and the fact that I was able to get tires and my alignment in on visit. I felt they made sure they did a good job for me.

My advice to you is if want to save your hard earned money do not go here. It might be convenient but not worth. This wheel works Newark has become unreliable and handled by untrustworthy people. Person at the counter gives you unclear answers. They are lazy and want to skip tyre rotations and alignment that comes free with your purchase. You might be going there to fill up air regularly and checking with them about your tyre quality but they will say you have never been there. One fine day will just say your unused tyres have become bad when it has 30000 miles left on it. Why because they kept on saying you don't need the alignment and rotation. Then they say you never came for it. Now buy new ones we won't touch your tyres. Make it a point to put notes in your account with their name and date they said it. I learnt a lesson by trusting the counter person blindly. Not a very helpful place. Was misguided on everything that I asked. They lost a customer who was going here since 2015.

Made the mistake of purchasing new tires with them earlier this year as they promised better quality and customer service than Costco. Yesterday afternoon when I went in to fix a flat tire the front office person initially refused to help and asked me to go to the Wheelworks in another city. When I mentioned that it’s not fair for them to not honor the warranty and help when needed his response was that I was not being fair asking it to be fixed when they are understaffed. When I politely told that it’s not his fault either that they are understaffed but I can’t run on a flat tire to another city his response was that he was being polite by not yelling at me and I should be thankful for that!! Really? After I insisted that I can’t go elsewhere he took the car in and got it done in 90 minutes. I have had great experience at other Wheelworks. This location has the worst customer service! Keep going here as it’s near to my home. Will definitely avoid going anymore and will neither recommend it to others. Can’t trust their word or their products and have to deal with terrible customer service!

I had a problem with my tire very close to this store and I searched on Google and I found them, I called and asked if they had my tire available and if they were available to change it on the same day. They said yes. They even told me the price. I called a tow truck and went to the location. After a long time, yes. And I had to wait almost two hours for the tow truck, as it was a Sunday so when I arrived at the site there were only two people Alessandro and Andrew, who were completely unwilling to work and very apathetic. They told me that it would not be possible to carry out the work on the same day as there was nothing to do and there would be no more time slots available and I arrived an hour and a half before the workshop closed. And there was no one responsible for resolving this situation, they just kept looking at me like trees saying they didn't know what to do and they couldn't help me, but someone on the phone said I should see and I wasted a lot of time getting here and I still had to pay for a tow truck again. Really a totally disorganized company with no communication and lies, don't trust them.

It seems this location may be under new leadership. I was treated with professionalism and truthfulness. No obvious/strong upsell tactics. The same day service was great!

Pretty good service overall. My car is falling apart, so I had it inspected. I had my CV axle checked, and after just six months, they told me it was torn. I wouldn't trust Allied parts—they're not BBB accredited. Go with RockAuto instead, which is cheaper and offers similar parts. O'Reilly parts should make sure to grease the CV axle, as this seems to be a manufacturing defect. This guy knows how to align cars around corners and through the city very well, while the Fremont alignment tech is better for touring. I believe once they expand this building, Wheel Works could prosper even more and hire additional alignment techs, especially since O'Reilly moved due to the drainage problem.
