I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Jiffy Lube. My truck is the last thing I have from my dad, and I know he would have been upset with the way I was maintaining it. I was always nervous about going into auto shops, afraid of being upsold or taken advantage of as a single woman, but the team here (I didn’t get everyone’s names unfortunately, except Seth at the counter) completely changed that for me. They took care of my brakes, oil change, brake lights, and turn signals, and even vacuumed the inside of my truck. It didn’t feel like just another transaction; it felt like they genuinely cared about me as a customer. They even showed me first hand what my brakes looked like so I can physically see the work that was being done and how badly I had them😅. The service was thorough, the pricing was fair, and for the first time, I felt comfortable getting my car serviced. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you for taking care of both me and my truck! ❤️🙏

I have been visiting for over 5 years. Respectful! Professional services. You can get a coupon for change engine oil from their official website before visiting the shop.

Myself, family & friends have been coming here for years. Today they were a little busy. Took longer than estimated. I didn’t mind. However, at the end of the service they informed me that a lug nut was missing and the lug stud had been stripped… I thought I had heard something bad- but what do I know? Either A) they should have informed me about the “missing” lug nut & stripped stud BEFORE continuing with the service OR B) this kid really sacrificed the integrity of this shop for what would be like a $40 refund and a small, understandable mistake. I’ll give them an extra star for the last few years of coming here- but I won’t be coming back again and I’ll definitely be sharing the experience with others.

Scammers !!! Avoid this place. I brought my own oil and filter for oil change service . The charges for oil change at all the jiffy lube service station is $54.99 but they mentioned $110 , giving me some bullshit reasons. I am posting this comment after confirming the charges from 3 different jiffy lube shops Avoid this place

Staff members were very friendly and professional.Although everyone was evidently busy based on their customer service you really couldn’t tell…, meaning I didn’t feel rushed out. I would definitely bring my car again for service.

Had a disappointing experience this morning when I went there for a oil change of my car. One of the agent came and said the hose pipe burst open and coolant got leaked. He told me I can't drive now due to this. They asked me to pay for the same. Apparently they ordered this pipe from mountain view BMW center and it will cost me $120. Am told somebody travelled from Newark between 10-11.30 to this office and got the part🙄😄 Well, I would advice them to keep the video of the proceedings (where you claim that this was an accident and it's all recorded) . Secondly hope you have the required receipts from the mountain view office that will prove this transaction. You may need these pretty soon.
