Went in with a bunch of issues and unanswered questions about my car, and went out with no issues and all questions answered. The staff were very friendly, the manager was very helpful and she went above and beyond. She fixed my sensor issues, alignment, thinking i would need to pay $$$ for it to be fixed but the prices were very reasonable and just to find out it was a wire issue. It was also quick service! highly recommend this shop!

**Terrible Review of Wheel Max on Blackstone** I am 80 years old, and Wheel Max on Blackstone took my money without delivering on their promises. I went there to get the shocks on my truck fixed, but they ended up damaging the brake line instead. They also stripped the bolts holding up the axle and misaligned the differential so badly that the truck became undrivable. I had to have it towed back to the shop. On their second attempt to fix the truck, they assured me everything was taken care of. However, on the way home, the truck broke down again. The entire back end was shaking dangerously, making it incredibly unsafe and life-threatening. This is the only vehicle I have to get to my doctor's appointments, and I was without it for a month. When I finally had an independent third-party mechanic inspect the work Wheel Max did, he was shocked and appalled by their level of incompetence. Mo might come off as a nice guy, but he's a crook and a thief. I would never go to this shop for anything. They pretend to be good people, but when it comes to fixing their mistakes, they don't care about anything except taking your money. Avoid Wheel Max at all costs.

Moe and his entire staff are amazing. After 3 different mechanics told us we would need work done due to an oil leak. Moe looked and it and found that the leak was coming from undercarriage not being removed during the oil change and dripping access oil. If you are looking for an honest mechanic come here.

Very professional and willing to help their customers . Went for an oil change , explained that I had some other work needing to be done through an alternate shop . The very nice gentleman at the front desk asked if I would like a quote for the same service to compare prices . The quote was soo good that the mechanic at the other shop told me to get everything here instead due to the lower price, lifetime warranty for certain parts , as well as the service time being completed the same day as opposed to a few days of work for my original mechanic . I will be returning for all of my vehicle’s needs from this point on . New but loyal customer 🫶🏾

Do not believe the price you pay at Groupon ,as they will charge you extra : " filter fee etc". In my experience, valvoline is better option. I paid extra money for diagnostics, which was useless. I will also warn you, they would try to sell you new brakes.
