Great service. Only issue I had was when asked to replace the windshield wipers, the charged over $50 for the install. It take 10min to do. SMH

They took my vehicle for oil change and tire rotation right when I arrive because it’s first come first serve. It was done in about 30 minutes. My air filter were dirty, they offered to change it, but I wasn’t ready for it so they kindly show me how to change it myself. Really professional and fair price! I’m traveling with a trailer so going in the 10 minute oil change doesn’t please me as I have to unhook the trailer so it’s better for me when everything can be done at the same time, which they did!

I had an awesome experience at this Jiffy Lube location. Joe and Kalvin were super helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions and even shared some tips to keep my high mileage truck in tip-top shape. They really went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. This is what Customer Service is all about.

They know what they are doing... they use good quality oil in my opinion, and they move vehicles through quickly without cutting corners. I like how you can watch them work. My tech literally checked the oil level 3 times over several minutes after filling before closing the hood to ensure the gauge was reading correctly. It's the correct way

The service was great! I was in and out within 20 minutes. I was greeted at my car window within 3 minutes of my arrival, the service technician quickly checked me in. I was then able to go into the air conditioned office (I could have stayed in my car if I wanted), where I had a cup of cold water from the machine and made a phone call and before I was able to end my conversation they were done.

Quick Service, great people, no appointment needed. Was advised on extra work required and asked if wanted done instead of just doing it and sticking me with the bill. Also didn't turn me away like Good Guys where I had an appointment but they had so many walk-ins they couldn't honor their appointment. I appreciate their customer service and performance.

Jiffy Lube did a wonderful job on my car, i have a 2017 Chevy Malibu, I needed both my lower control arms and also my axle fixed. From the time I went to get my car looked at to the time it was fixed I believe his name was Chris the manager of the location made everything so easy and fixed my car to a T, my car runs and sounds so much better and the price that I payed was a blessing compared to other places that quoted me. Jiffy lube on Blackstone, has the most efficient employees, the technician that serviced my car was the best he went above and beyond, fixed my hood for my safety. I appreciate the extra care shown to my safety. The technician name was Calvine.
