Shepherds tire & service center

Great guys. Greatful for them ... They fixed my tire and worked with my little to no budget .. they were more worried about my safety while driving than a sale.. I recommend them to everyone.

I was actually on my way to buy brand new tires for my 2021 dodge ram at another tire shop but decided to stop here at shepherds just out of curiosity, im happy I did. They got me better tires beat the price from the other tire shop and also did an alignment and oil change the same day. I will never go anywhere else for any of my vehicle maintenance or anything else again. Highly recommend.

Place is a complete rip off. They incorrectly installed a set of both inner and outer tie rods ends on my girlfriends Honda Accord and it made the vehicle completely unsafe to drive. They even had one of the "kids" working there go road test it and said yep everything looks good. I doubt he even had a license let alone any experience underneath a car whatsoever. Then we go to pay and see we go to use a card and the manager tony asked if we could get cash from the ATM nextdoor instead. Don't go here seriously. Shady place with a workforce of teenagers who have no business touching customers cars.

Never will I go back gave me the runaround car stayed a few days never worked on it he lied said he started working on it no sign of that, he would not give me $500. Back! Thought about taking him to small claims caught him in so many lies he tried to blame me trying to take his worker from him he’s the one that said he can do the work even use his garage after hrs!! Worker end up quitting and still owed him money

I went to get my car fixed at this place a few months ago and I gotta say ever since then my car runs perfect. People there were very helpful and attentive. I also got new tires with them since I had really old tires before. I was waiting to write this review just to make sure the fixing of my car wasn’t just temporary and it would work which it did!. I definitely recommend this place, prices are great, customer service is excellent and they work fast!

To whom it may concern, if you value customers to honest and transparent. If you failed to be truthful and honest with your customers time and money, you are NOT a trustworthy service center. I DO NOT recommend anyone to attempt to visit this location if they are not doing their due diligence to service your vehicle. If you decided to make business with this location ask for a receipt, DO NOT pay until you know your vehicle is fixed and give you a full report what got done and the repairs! Demand photos taken before and after to ensure there was progress done and completed. Keep your receipts and demand for your money back. If not take it to the authorities for theft! Do better and respond to customers concerns.

If only zero stars was an option. Terrible place of business. They’re eager to deceive customers and take deposits and prepayments prior to initiating services. (You might say well why would you pay up front?) when your car is a staple and needed for work/life you trust that business will keep their end of the deal. However the prepayment is more-so a method to lure and keep clientele in to avoid losing their money. When you ask for updates, they have no response and stall you saying they are going to get to your vehicle next. Then you follow up again demanding your car is actually serviced and they give you a new array of problems that.. YES… you guessed it WILL REQUIRE MORE TIME AND MONEY. Untrustworthy and Dishonest people.

If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. Absolutely unprofessional. They lie, they cheat, they steal. They don’t know how to work on cars past tires. My partner went in to get her car worked on, she paid on the spot before the work being done and when she went back for her car, nothing had changed. The problem on the car STILL persists. She tried to talk to the “owner” (a big pos btw) and was yelled at when she was questioning him about what had actually been done to the car. She was told that she was being hostile when she actually wasn’t- this guy just couldn’t take being called out by a woman on his lies. The “owner” who is almost always NEVER there and that HADN’T worked on her car, told her that there was an issue with her car that was completely different than what she was initially told. We went back a few days later because my partner wants her money back (the least they could do since they actually never did anything to her car) and the “owner” wasn’t there. My partner went on to tell incoming customers that they shouldn’t trust this place. When we got on the phone with the “owner” that same day he “apologized” and asked my partner to stop telling people not to trust their business and that he was going to do his best to get this sorted out. Idk about you, but this seemed to me like they were trying to shut her up. Here we are 2 weeks later and the “owner” is still nowhere to be found and when my partner gets on the phone with him, he just says he’s going to talk to his boss and will then give her a call back- which guess what??? NEVER ENDS UP HAPPENING! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. I also heard somewhere that they owe money to some of their employees 👀 a little “bird” that happened to fly inside of their garage when my partners car was “being worked on” is the one who verified that they indeed did not work on my partners car.

Went to see if I could get a patch on my tire and ended up getting a great deal on a used tire that was practically brand new instead. It was in excellent condition and the customer service was excellent as well. Would definitely recommend coming here instead of Les Schwab across the street, they were charging three times more for a new tire.

Worst experience in this place. Save your money, your car, and your mental health. This place is a scam. The manager/owner told me he can fix the electrical issue of my car, some sensor he "supposedly" changed. He charged me $1000 for a job he never completed. I have verbal confirmation from his employees that he never worked on my car. I waited for another part that he "supposedly" ordered, when I took my car back, he denied that there was an issue, even tho I showed him the issue in front of his employees who agreed with me. He's been lying, telling me that I can't get my money back, and that I'm imagining things, calling me "hostile" for advocating for my money back since my car still not fixed. Lastly, it was shared with me that he isn't an actual mechanic. Unless you have a flat tire and, in need of some air, that place will only take your money, gaslight your experience, and not even fix your car. Don't do it. I highly recommend that you save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.
