Assistant manager, George was in there this morning, I came in for the electrical test. Because I need to buy a new battery. I’m in there with my two young daughters and ask him if he can do the electrical test so I may purchase the battery for my car, And he tells me that he cannot come out there because he needs to take care of the store. There are zero cars in the parking lot and there are zero customers in the store. I asked them it seems like it’s a good time to come out there, and he said he might need to answer the phone….. A guy walks in your door and says he needs to buy a battery, and you tell him that you will maybe need to answer the phone…..

Doug truly went above and beyond. I was so impressed and very grateful. He is so knowledgeable and friendly. Brittany was also friendly and easy to work with. I will be back, even if I had to drive across town- worth it!

I went in with my best friend to find out something regarding her car's mass airflow sensor and while the experience itself was fine at first, the topic of her cabin filter came into light. The woman who helped us out - Brittany, was kind to us and even helped take it out to see if that was pontentially the problem in causing the mass airflow sensor to go off after turning off the code. However, my friend had not changed her filter in a couple years which while that is an important thing to do, that does NOT give anyone the right to publicly humiliate anyone who is just trying to make a living and is trying her best to know how to handle her car. Brittany proceeded to show everyone in the store her cabin air filter and immediately had disgusting reactions from her coworkers which lead to my friend leaving the store in tears. I am truly disgusted by this type of behavior and want to warn anyone who may fall victim to this childish management.

if I could give zero stars I would. I decided to go here for my first time and let me tell you it will be my last. I walked in and wasn’t greeted walked up to the counter and had to say hello to the person behind the computer. He then said hello what do you need? I told him I needed a new battery and installed, he said sorry can’t do it have to go to another O’Reillys OK well I got a jump to get here. My car won’t start and then again said can’t do it here and then he just looked at his computer like I wasn’t there. Thank God, the s stranger outside that pulled up was able to give me a jump and was kind and not creepy. As this area isn’t the best. After I got a jump, I went to AutoZone on Blackstone and Barstow. Let me tell you I’ll take my business there and suggest you do as well as I walked in. I was greeted by two associates and as I walked in further, I was asked if I needed help with anything or if I was just looking around. I let them know what was there. Gabriel was able to help me register and he was awesome. Had no Messages problem explaining things to me and answering my questions and then installing my battery. Way better service and i’m not sure what O’Rileys prices are but if Auto Zones are more i’ll pay them because i get treated better and talked to better.

Jerry was the first employee I encountered and the last one. He was very rude and unprofessional, it looked if he didn’t want to be working there. Very ugly attitude, I asked help with a battery and he wanted my motorcycle information I went back to my car and got the information. When I tried giving him the information he ignored and said he don’t need it. Why he made me get that information if he didn’t need it. Horrible service. He said he doesn’t carry that brand of battery, I told him the brand didn’t matter, what matter it the model that I need it. Never going there.

The employees there are awesome .they listen to ur story,& seems to really know their stuff . Brittany is kick ass tho--Stellar customer service with that women. Very helpful. Goes far & beyond for her customers,really. I was super stressed out about my car & I'm pretty clueless when it comes to cars. Brittany happens to know some thangs & now I know some thangs! Thank u Brittany for all of ur help. There was 2 other employees that were hella cool too but I didn't get their names. **Don't forget,They pricematch!!** Just something to keep in mind,ya know.

They moved locations now is at Shaw and Blackstone. It's a little tucked in the back but once I arrived to the new warehouse I was in disbelief. The store is massive! They have everything anyone would ever need and more! When I walked in Brittany and Miguel were working up front. They were a little busy, however The way these two handled the customers and the phone ringing was flawless. . They worked really well together and were very knowledge and able to answer all my questions. I was driving and their signs barely caught my eye but from now on this will hand down be my go to store! You have got to check it out

I went in today to get some items for 2 cars that we have. Not only did they have what I needed in stock, the employee there Miguel, helped me out more then expected. Answers all my questions! The staff there as a whole were very friendly as well !
