Last yr I get a valve body and solenoid pack for my 2016 Ram 68rfe got it on 12/12/22 they sent me the wrong one, it took my truck from 3rd gear to Reverse, almost ripped my driveshaft and transmission out of my truck Rob helped me because trusting Dan was not something I was willing to do. Anyway got the right valve body all new trany fluid more shop time and put it in all was good... 12/05/23 transmission throughs a p1776 code and the shop says the valve body is bad, 12/12/23 I get a hold of Whatever it Takes and Dan the man tells me to get stuffed and hangs up on me.... So I dig into my papers and find Robs # Rob is great says man let me talk with one of the shop guys and see what we can do. Rob calls me back, we can take care of you! I'm happy, cause Rob agrees I should have got more that a yr out of this valve body. However Rob calls me back the next day and says no go I'm sorry the ticket got kicked back! So my advice is to get your parts from someplace else, anyplace other that Whatever it Takes, cause they will do whatever it takes to screw you over and now I'm going to spread this message far and wide and worn every gearhead I know and don't know!!!! Get it from someplace that stands behind their work, NOT THESE GUYS
