Every Time I’m In Firestone of Lisle there are no problems! Calling ahead or Just a walk in they always take care of me, Quentin always keeps me updated on my vehicle and the best next steps to keep it on the road for as long as possible. He lets me know which things need to be fixed asap and what has time to it, prices are never bad compared to other shops. Quentin is very knowledgeable inside the car and out, no matter what his opinion is on what to do he will always let the customer decide their next step after his analysis. Much appreciated thanks to him, i won’t be going anywhere else!!

I’ve had my tires replaced here and dropped my car off and picked it up with no problems in the past. The location is convenient and local…I recently called to see if I would be able to get in for a same day oil change, I usually do them myself but was in a time crunch… I was told I could come in later that day and when I arrived I was treated very rudely, possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I decided to take my business elsewhere and will no longer come back here for any service and will be sure to share my experience if anyone is ever looking for work on their car.

Let me preface this as this was 'my place' for anything tire and automotive in Lisle. I've been coming here for years, for oil changes, all my tires for all my vehicles and any other service. I will never go back because of Quentin. I had a blow out and went to 'my auto place'. last winter we installed winter tires. We drive this car more in the winter and just sold our SUV. in the summer its the kids to school and back and thats it. many people there said keeping the winter tires on the car was fine. so after the blow out, he called me and just dug into me, lecture after lecture about why i made such a bad decision on having these tires on the car. I ask him please to just give me the details on my care repair, and he got further upset. I went in the next day and saw a car parked half way in the handicap spot. I wanted to alert the guy working as i thought it was an accident. Quentin quickly said its "my car, this is a private business, i dont have to move it because i dont care" I tried to explain that its open to the public and there are people that may need to use that space, he then said 'you are the guy with the winter tires' and started to double down on how dumb my decision was. Bringing up google to show all the negatives of this stupid decision i made. I explained i just wanted my car fixed, been coming for years and he said, and I quote "well you can start taking it down the street". At one point he told us to get out of his space when we were literally standing on the other side of the counter. at no point did he try to say 'hey lets talk about your tires' it was only a hard push on the stupid decisions i have made (which all of them were at that firestone and supported by their previous staff). He was arrogant, he refused to move from the handicap spot because he said 'he doesn't care). and he just was abusive to us who was just trying to do business and get a tire replace. The tire that was replaced yesterday was also not balanced, but I will take his advise and take it 'down the street' and never, ever do business there again. what a way to treat long time customers who are simply trying to give business. it was like nothing ive ever experienced, its like this employees entire goal is to sabotage the business. If you get rid of him and want my business back, let me know. i like everyone else, but you're employee told me he doesn't want my business. All we wanted was to do business and did nothing to deserve this treatment

Price quoted me by Quentin was lower that actual price paid. When I came back to Firestone after my car was ready, Quentin ordered a different part then what was originally quoted. After I asked him about the $80 discrepancy, he said he was “too busy” to call me and inform me that a different, more expensive part was being used instead, when the original part would have worked. Very unprofessional service not to keep me informed of the price change.

Quentin is great. Answered my questions clearly and patiently. Ben didn't hesitate to recheck a repair when I had an issue. Honest guys, took off a service I approved as it had already been done with a previous repair and didn't need to be done this tune-up.

I had some major work done on my car. I loved the customer service Ben provided. I also didn’t feel like I was being ripped off with the pricing. The service was fast and professional. He made the stressful process easy for me. I’ll be back
