They towed my car out of a ditch. Didn't go far but way overcharged. On the phone they tried to charge us for removing a log that the fire rescue had already removed. However, when going to pick up, that charge was not there. The guy my husband dealt with was rude, smug and not helpful. Tried to charge us for the weekend, when they were closed. My husb also called before going up there to tell them he would be there with AAA in ten minutes. The guy was gone. They had to wait 20 minutes for him to return, even though he knew they were coming. Horrid customer service. I get trying to get more money from insurance but my husband is paying out of pocket. Screw over someone else.

Needed my car towed due to warranty problems (towed approximately 34 miles). I didn't personally know anyone and went online and picked someone near me. I called and spoke with Cliff he was very nice and the price seemed reasonable so I took a chance. (needed a flatbed trailer) He was able to come the next morning. I wasn't able to be at my house when he came. I left my keys and we exchanged information. Cliff did exactly what we discussed and towed my car to dealership. He notified me when he got there and I paid over the phone. I would use Walters Towing again and would highly recommend to anyone. I really appreciated the professionalism and great service.

Very professional services. Couldn't ask for a better towing company. Prices are fair and reasonable. If you need them more than once you receive a discount on repeat business. Owning a Ford Explorer like me he is guaranteed repeat business. F.O.R.D. Found On Roadside Dead 🙄 But all kidding aside I am glad I met Cliff today. Great Tow Truck operator. Thank you Cliff.

After struggling with AAA to get a tow for six hours one day, I was referred to Walters Towing. I want to thank Cliff from Walters Towing for helping me out yesterday. He and I spoke and agreed upon a time to meet at my disabled truck. Cliff arrived at the agreed upon time. Cliff understood the task and got it done. He loaded my truck and secured it really well. Walters Towing information is now loaded into my contacts. Cliff I really thank you for helping me out.

Excellent service. Came within 15 minutes. Driver was really friendly. We got to our house just as a torrential downpour started. He got soaked getting our car off his truck, but was totally cool about it.
