I’ll be avoiding this place in the future after having got 2 cars here. Car 1: Leased for a relatively good price and enjoyed it. I ended up paying above market value because the window sticker had blackout emblems on it (about $400) which were not on the actual car. Despite going back and forth, we weren’t able to get a time to replace the emblems on the car. Car 2: Purchased used and was highly pressured to get add ons at the time of purchase. About 2 months after purchase, a loud squeak began coming from the suspension - took it in and they fixed it for free (kudos). A month after that the sound returned and I took it back, where I was charged close to $1000 to fix the same issue. When I picked it up and drove it home, the noise had already came back, requiring me to drop it off (again) for multiple days. During the third repair, they did offer me a free rental car and the third fix was also free (after they were a bit snobby in offering the free fix on the phone). Ultimately, having talked to a mechanic friend, the suspension issues should have been found in the inspection and fixed before the dealership sold the car. Will be going elsewhere in the future - ideally with less pressure in the buying process and more attention to detail in the mechanical department.

If you buy car here make sure you give it a good check over. Please look at your tires and they are put on correctly. They will give you a hard time about it. When the manager got involved he said how do I know it's on wrong. Then asked when did I get my last oil change I said here. They said we will reroute it for free and that is all nothing else. I already had a spin out because I didn't know about it a friend of mine noticed it. Nothing about sorry that must of been scary for you. Sorry about our mistake nothing just make appointment and we will fix it. Not really sure if I want them touching my car again with everything I already have been through with them all less than a year. I would not recommend them to anyone if buying a car use caution. There fix is just put them on the wrong way even though they feel that it wasn't wrong in the first place. So it my tread on tires wear faster caused a spin out. No new tires just going back again and rotate them. Whatever I am so over this place and never again would buy a car there.

I received a video from the technician not long after, highlighting and explaining each area of my car that needed repair. The even promptly set me up with a nice rental car until mine was fixed up. Each step of the process was quick, easy, and actually enjoyable; Definitely the best experience I’ve had at any car dealership or mechanic, I usually dread taking my car in and spending so much to fix the beater up.

Service failed to make basic check points again. Second time in row. Tires' air were not OK after they did tires rotación and wheel balance work. I do not recommend you to bring you car here. It is a very low cost-benefit-confidence value for the money you will pay. I will not come back here anymore.
