I am writing to share my recent experience at Rosedale Chevy regarding my visit to have a rim replaced. I arrived at your location expecting to address this straightforward issue quickly. During my visit, I was informed that I needed to put down a $200 deposit for a used rim. This request was unexpected, especially since I did not anticipate such a high deposit for a used part. I was in the week before and didn't have to put down a deposit. Quoting, "It's our policy," didn't make any sense because on one job, I didn't have to make a deposit, and on the cheaper job(rim), I was asked to make a deposit.

I had another excellent service experience at Rosedale Chevrolet. Replacement of my tire monitor only took an hour. Harry Pho, my service tech, was polite and friendly (again!) and kept me informed on progress. Vicky, the cashier (an absolutely lovely person) checked me out so efficiently and in a friendly manner. So glad this is my go-to service department!

Poor service, low communication and prices ranges up. We made an appointment to take our truck on February 5 at 9:30 am. When we got there we talked with Jeff Hetrick, he was with low communication skills and a little rude and he told us that he was going to look at our truck later in the afternoon. I can't understand why I lost my time making an appointment at 9;30 am. He called us later in that afternoon saying that he needs to replace 2 connectors but he is going to work on it the next day because it's late. We received a call the next day from him 2/6/25 at 10:36, he told us that he replaced the 2 connectors and it was a short with 1 wire and it's going to take 4 hours of service and it's going to be $860. Later in that afternoon he called back at 4:10 pm saying he was busy and didn't have time. I can't understand why because I made an appointment for 2/5/25 and it was already that day 2/6/25. He called back the next saying that is no going to be $860 now is going to be 1075 just for labor he just replaced a cable for that price. I don't understand why the price go up from $860 to $1075 for replacement of a cable and 2 connector when he diagnose the job before doing it. Also why did it take 3 days when I made an appointment so it go more smoothly. 3 days for 5 hours of work? Also I looked up the job that he did and he didn't wrapped very well the harness where he worked. I think it should be wrapped very well because is under the truck and constantly touching with water, snow, dirty, etc
