Commercial Truck & Mobile Repair Introduce
Welcome to Commercial Truck & Mobile Repair, an Auto Repair Station located at 2255 County Rd C2 W, Roseville, MN 55113, USA. Operating within the platform category of Auto Repair Stations, Commercial Truck & Mobile Repair specializes in providing repair and maintenance services primarily for commercial trucks and trailers. Their name suggests that they may also offer mobile repair services, bringing their expertise directly to the location of the vehicle. You can reach them at (651) 639-2281 or via mobile at +1 651-639-2281 to inquire about their services for your commercial vehicle repair needs.
The customer reviews for Commercial Truck & Mobile Repair present a mixed perspective on their service quality and capabilities. One customer had a positive experience, specifically mentioning Austin as "very knowledgeable and easy to work with" when needing service work on their trucks. This reviewer also appreciated Austin's willingness to accommodate their scheduling needs and recommended Commercial Truck and Trailer for any repair requirements. This positive feedback suggests that the shop has capable and customer-oriented staff who can provide satisfactory service.
However, another customer reported a significantly negative experience. They brought their truck in for an air leak issue. According to their review, the repair took approximately eight hours, and while the original air leak was fixed, the service inadvertently created a new problem with the service brakes connection. This customer expressed dissatisfaction with the outcome, stating that they were charged $1000 for what they perceived as a waste of time, especially since the brake connection was allegedly not even attached properly. This review raises serious concerns about the shop's thoroughness, the potential for causing additional problems during repairs, the length of time taken for relatively straightforward issues, and the value received for the cost incurred.
Considering these contrasting experiences, it is important for potential customers to be aware of both the positive aspects, such as knowledgeable staff and scheduling flexibility, and the potential negative aspects, including the risk of new issues arising from repairs and concerns about the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of their services.
The environment at Commercial Truck & Mobile Repair would likely be geared towards servicing large commercial vehicles. This might include:
- Spacious Service Bays: Larger bays to accommodate trucks and trailers, possibly with higher ceilings and specialized lifting equipment.
- Specialized Tools and Equipment: Tools designed for working on commercial vehicles, including heavy-duty diagnostic equipment.
- Parts Inventory: A stock of common truck and trailer parts, or established relationships with suppliers for quick access to necessary components.
- Office and Customer Area: A space for customer interaction, scheduling, and handling paperwork.
- Mobile Repair Units (if applicable): Vans or trucks equipped with tools and parts for on-site repairs.
The focus would likely be on functionality and durability, catering to the specific needs of commercial vehicle maintenance and repair.
The services offered by Commercial Truck & Mobile Repair would primarily focus on the needs of commercial trucks and trailers, potentially including:
- Engine Repair and Maintenance: Addressing issues with diesel and gasoline engines commonly found in commercial vehicles.
- Transmission and Driveline Services: Repair and maintenance of transmissions, differentials, and other driveline components.
- Brake Services: Including air brake systems common in commercial vehicles, as well as hydraulic brakes. This would involve inspection, repair, and replacement of components like pads, drums, rotors, valves, and air lines (as mentioned in one of the reviews).
- Electrical System Services: Diagnosing and repairing electrical issues specific to commercial vehicles, including lighting, wiring, and electronic control systems.
- Suspension and Steering Services: Maintaining the heavy-duty suspension and steering systems of trucks and trailers.
- HVAC Services: Repairing and maintaining the heating and air conditioning systems in truck cabs.
- Trailer Repair: Addressing issues with trailer components such as axles, brakes, lights, and bodywork.
- Welding and Fabrication: For structural repairs on trucks and trailers.
- Preventative Maintenance: Offering scheduled maintenance services to keep commercial vehicles in optimal operating condition.
- Mobile Repair Services: Providing on-site repairs for breakdowns or maintenance needs at the customer's location, potentially reducing downtime.
- Air System Repairs: Addressing issues with the compressed air systems used for brakes and other functions in commercial vehicles (as indicated by the air leak repair in one review).
The features of Commercial Truck & Mobile Repair might include:
- Knowledgeable Staff (e.g., Austin): As highlighted in one positive review, having knowledgeable mechanics who are easy to work with is a significant asset.
- Willingness to Work with Scheduling: Flexibility in scheduling repairs can be crucial for commercial vehicle operators who need to minimize downtime.
- Potential for Mobile Repair: Offering on-site repair services can be a major convenience for breakdowns or repairs that can be done remotely.
- Focus on Commercial Vehicles: Specializing in trucks and trailers means they may have a deeper understanding of the specific needs and complexities of these vehicles compared to general auto repair shops.
However, potential drawbacks indicated by the negative review include:
- Risk of Introducing New Problems During Repair: A significant concern if repairs lead to additional issues.
- Questionable Efficiency: An eight-hour repair for an air leak might be considered excessive by some.
- Potential for Improper Work: The allegation of a brake connection not being properly attached is a serious safety concern.
- Cost Ineffectiveness: A $1000 charge for a repair that allegedly led to further problems and wasted time is a major point of dissatisfaction.
The provided information does not include any specific promotional offers for Commercial Truck & Mobile Repair. Common promotions for commercial vehicle repair shops might include:
- Fleet Maintenance Packages: Offering discounted rates for ongoing maintenance contracts for businesses with multiple trucks or trailers.
- Seasonal Specials: Discounts on services like winterization or pre-trip inspections.

In conclusion, Commercial Truck & Mobile Repair in Roseville, MN, caters specifically to the repair and maintenance needs of commercial trucks and trailers, potentially offering the convenience of mobile repair services. I had so bad experience with them, there was an air leak issue on my truck, they were fixing it about 8 hours n in the and they fixed it but made another problem with service brakes connection, they took 1000$ for wasting my time. Plus they didn't even attach it properly!

I have been using Commercial for many years. Pricing is good and the team is amazing. They offer many forms of communication which is ideal in my fast pace environment. They understand the urgency when my vehicles are down and work quickly to source the necessary parts to get the trucks back on the road. Price and efficiency is what brought me in but the customer care and attention to details is what keeps me.
