Walmart Auto Care Centers Customer Reviews

Worst experience I have ever had getting my car worked on. I was treated like a fool as they intentionally drug their feet every step of the way to antagonize me and make me wait longer. I didnt mind the wait. The bsing me about why is what set me off. No appology from the manager and the tech tried to treated me like a fool. I have never felt so disrespected and messed with by any buisness ever. I hope Walmart pulls the camera footage from my experience. NEVER AGAIN WALMART.

This place just can’t keep an appointment. They always seem to run into some kind of issue like their employees don’t show up or they didn’t get the part when they said they would. I was excited because I made an appointment that they could actually fit in today and all of a sudden I just get a random text email saying to reschedule because they don’t have the tires. I called the store and they do have the tires, they just decided to cancel. I guess they’re feeling overwhelmed today.

Worst service at a Walmart auto care I’ve ever dealt with. I got there at 330pm just to be told they are closing soon 7:00pm. Finally get them to look at my time just to be told they won’t cover the tire under warranty because the screw is less than a 1/4 into the sidewall. If I didn’t have to drive over a hour to pick up my sons and get home I wouldn’t buy of pulled the screw out and put a temp plug in it til I got to go to the Walmart near me. Will not be coming back to this Walmart again. And the manager (team lead) Cassie does not know how to speak to customers

PLEASE READ IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAR. DO NOT and I cannot stress this enough DO NOT bring your car here for oil services. Maybe I was the unlucky one but I made a mistake assuming every Walmart would show the same amount of respect to my car since they are supposedly “Certified.” It’s a LIE. I’ve been taking my car to Walmart for YEARS and this will be my last time they will ever go to them. Story time: I had a 2017 Subaru WRX and yes they know exactly who I am because everyone in that shop was in awe of this damn beautiful car. I got a simple oil change nothing more. You would think they would take good care of this car right or any car cause they’re “certified” right? WRONG DEAD WRONG. They DOUBLE GASKET the oil filter causing oil to go everywhere and all over the ENGINE. My oil light came on and the engine was STEAMING and now I had to get my car towed causes it wouldn’t turn on (Bless AAA give them your business). Now I have to get a brand new engine installed because the engine is not salvageable. Filed a claim with Walmart cause they are at fault obviously and there was no way in hell I was paying $21,000 for a brand new engine out of pocket for something I didn’t do. Walmart Claims is NOT helpful at all. Why? Cause this happened in February on Valentine’s Day of all days right. They said if the car is in warranty you get brand new engine. Alright cool car is still in warranty but guess what Walmart can’t pay that much for a new engine! WHAT?! You’re a multimillion dollar company and you can’t pay that?! And this took them 2 months to come to this conclusion after making me call here and calling there. There’s more but long review short I DON’T HAVE THE CAR ANYMORE! So thanks Walmart I lost my car due to your stupid negligence. KEEP YOUR STUPID APOLOGIES CAUSE THAT DOESN’T GET ME MY CAR BACK.

Walmart's solution to not having tire weights: not balancing tires. And then not telling customers about it. I went back two days later and asked if they could rebalance the tires because they didn't feel right. That's when they told me "we haven't had weights since Friday." How many other people's tires did they also not balance? Ridiculous. Don't service a vehicle if you can't do it properly.
