Car still had issues after repair and all they did was clear the codes once I brought it back in, then when I brought it in 2nd time they almost didn’t want to fix it. My experience has been great. If you need your car repaired to the highest of standard. Earnhardt Auto-body is the way to go, we had my mustang and Santa Fe repaired and the results are excellent. Larry N was our advisor and he is the best, explained the whole process and answer questions that we’ve had. I definitely recommend Earnhardt auto Body. I’ve attached before and after photos.

I went to get a quote for a small scratch I had on my bumper. They said they had to remove and replace the whole bumper and that it was gonna cost me $800, I also had a plastic piece of my trunk loose and asked how much to put it back in, they said $2K because they had to remove the whole bumper to fix it, which was absolutely ridiculous. I went to Chapman in Tempe and they said the damage was so minimal that they literally touched up my paint for free, reinstated that plastic piece of my trunk for free and gained a customer that will definitely return back. Clearly the guys at Earnhardt were just trying to upsell services and charge me outrageous prices for something super simple. Do not recommend, doesn’t seem like honest work, they’re not looking out for your best interest, only theirs.

I was driving and one of the body panels under my car fell down and was dragging along the ground. It had pulled my front bumper slightly off too and so I was nervous to continue driving it. I didn't know what to expect when I pulled up to this body shop but Blake super nice guy got down and replaced some of the clips that hold the panel so that I was able to safely drive home. Thank you Blake! You were extremely nice and generous to do that and I really appreciate you getting me home safely.

This shop has terrible customer service, no one is friendly or helpful. The female at the front desk got offended that I have a loud voice and stormed off. The director Mike Adams was equally unhelpful and didn’t apologize for his employees rude behavior. Save yourself the trouble and find a different place that actually treats customers right.
