Had my first visit to Berge Mazda Gilbert for my 2024 Mazda 3 Preferred. I was blown away by the customer service, professionalism, communication prowess, and technical skills of everyone I met from Alastair the Greeter, To Andrew my Service Advisor to Gavin the Shuttle Driver to the Technician who sent a video and explained everything that was done and his diagnosis. I would highly recommend Berge Mazda for your Sales and Service on Mazda Products!!!

I had my Mazda brought in for its 40,000-mile service and paid approximately $1,000. The issue was not the cost, but rather the fact that after the service, the car began shaking when it reached 70 MPH. It seemed that the alignment of the wheels had not been done correctly, and I had to return to the dealership to have it properly fixed. Subsequently, I took my car to a different dealership for its 45,000-mile oil change and discovered that the brake fluid reservoir cap was missing. This resulted in the brake fluid becoming contaminated, which is a safety concern. I had to spend an additional $150 to replace the missing cap, which was unfortunately lost by the service center at Berge Mazda. Given these experiences, I cannot recommend Berge Mazda's service center due to its high cost and subpar service.

Berge Mazda Service is always great. They go out of their way to make my experience a good one every time. I've been a customer here since 2010 because they're honest and fair. I bought my current Mazda at another dealership and their service department was awful, so I quickly started coming back to Berge for my services. I plan to buy my next Mazda from Berge as well.
