I had my set of tires put on couple years ago and couple days ago hit a big spike and destroyed one tire. The staff were very helpful to get me a new one with no charge ( road hazard purchased ) in one day for special ordered tire and technicians were super nice and get me back on the road. Superior service and team !! Black TRD Tacoma guy !! Thank a lot !!

I wish I could give zero stars. Just the last 2 weeks in a row I was turned away by the same auto shop employee for an oil change! After being turned away twice I made an appointment that the employee wanted. (the time, I tried to make what I wanted but he kept suggesting other times) 20 minutes before my SCHEDULED appointment they called to tell me they rescheduled me already (without my knowing or permission) for 4:00. How can you just change an appointment without speaking to someone first? I immediately canceled and told them I would never be back. Don’t go here unless you want terrible service. I went to vavoline down the street and they were wonderful. The manager there even told me that the STORE MANAGER at the Lenoir City Walmart goes to them and says to never come to the LC Walmart for any auto service. That is absolutely terrible and something should really be done. So that’s 3 times I was turned away regardless of what I said. Pitiful!!!

Had my van parked here the day before my appointment, called a couple hours after my appointment time only to learn the person I had dropped the car off to didn't check it in properly and they hadn't done anything at all. I will say they resolved the issue quickly, but need to make sure the people running the desk know what they are doing.

Amazing service from the guys at the auto care center. They got my car in immediately for an oil change and replaced a tire for me. They were done by the time I finished shopping, and all 3 guys working were extremely helpful and friendly. Wish I remembered their names to thank them individually. Would recommend them anytime
