Sent wife in with a photo of part (ujoint ubolt) Technicians deliberately sold her a 1.5" exhaust clamp. They're supposed to know a thing or two about vehicles, not take advantage of customers. I mean the Technicians at this store have no knowledge and surprises me that they know a automobile has 4 wheels and used on roadways. Said photo attached. Update: place hasn't changed. Ordered a caliper, sent it to Athens not here to lenoir city. However, they love to charge you shipping, yet no compensation for when they ship it everywhere except here. America needs to stand up and realize we must do better.

Thank you SO very much to Kyle at O'Reilly's in Lenior City!!!!! I was broke down on the side of 321 today because an alternator I bought yesterday at a different O'Reilly's and had put in my Jeep was faulty! He was super kind and sympathetic to my situation! Not only was he quick to diagnosis my issue after I was towed into their parking lot, but he quickly did an exchange and installed the new one for me without hesitation! Kyle and the staff of O'Reilly's in Lenior City are Angel's in my book!

These guys are a joke and they are liars. They have stood me up twice now do not order parts from them. They will tell you that the parts are gonna arrive and then come up with bullshit reasons as of why they didn’t arrive.
