Great customer service. Knoxville was out of Liquid Wrench, the liquid wrench website said this was the only local store with inventory. Called the store, they set a can aside for me. Helpful and courteous.

Absolutely totally miss what “Customer Service” is. The owners even!! I go there to buy a “Used part”. Sure I don’t expect new… but totally greasy and nasty..?? I’m trying to do business local and not always online but I get burned so often. So this greasy dirty strait from the junk yard is in the counter. I pay reluctantly but have a trip and not time to wait on mail. When the transaction is over I see a “Shop Rag” laying next to the nasty part and grab the rag to grab my part since it’s not bagged or anything to help me get it to my car without getting dirty as if I went to “remove” the part myself…. And the Owner actually was Rude enough to say “o No I can’t let you have that, they charge me 2$ for those”……. Are you kidding me. I just spent 100$ in cash at your business on a part I could have mailed in all day at 80$ and you won’t give me a “Rag” to get to my truck without looking like like work at the garage.. ? I will never “Bother” the person who makes the money here to be put out by either cleaning a nasty used part or “offer” a bag or a rag…. My FIRST time here Will BE MY LAST TIME …. Keep your Rag!!!

The owner is one of the rudest people I have ever met. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME driving to this place unless you want to be treated like trash. I called for a part and was given a price of $200 and told to come down in person to negotiate which they would do as it was a used part. So I made the 30 minute drive and while there was told I would have to pay $300 for the same part and was then very loudly told "BYE, Have a Nice Day" while I was in the middle of talking telling him that wasn't what I was told on the phone. To that he said "Well that's what I'm telling you now" I was not rude to this man nor confrontational but was met with nothing but hostility. Save yourself the trouble and go some place else.

I called them to ask about a rearind for my Toyota. They said they had 1 . I asked if they would inspect it to make sure the bearings were good before i drive 3 hours to get it. He acted like that was an unreasonable request but said he would call me back in a few hours. The next day i called them back he said i wouldn't like it & he didn't have anybody to load it. I said I could load it. Acted like he could not be bothered to show me were it was. I guess the customer is just a bother!

Jack was very helpful and went above and beyond to locate the correct part I needed. I called in looking for a crash sensor and Jack grabbed a few he had and had them waiting for me when I arrived. We matched up part numbers and off I went. Great service.
