Called numerous times on Friday and Saturday to make an appointment for 2 tires no answer either day I called at least 10 times. Figured I'd go Sunday morning to see if they could do them only to be told I need an appointment which they don't answer the phone for . I'll gladly pay the extra from here on out for some good customer service.

I was afraid of breaking my key fob to replace the battery since it was my first time. The Walmart employee with the red hair and beard at the auto center offered to help me for free. I just needed to buy the replacement battery. So thankful for his help!

Highly dissatisfied with the attitude and lack of service that the Lawrenceburg, TN Walmart Pro Lube shows their customers. It seems like they do not want to provide service and are always too busy to provide additional services if they haven't been scheduled. My tires are barley two years old, with less than 30k miles and they would not rotate and balance.. Which I had purchased for the lifetime of the tires at the original point of purchase due to thread depth. He could not show me to tool used to determine this and it seemed like they were very much behind and just used this excuse to get me out of the way.

Lawrenceburg Walmart did my oil and tire rotation yesterday, they had a sale on the fuel injection service and I really didn't expect any difference but wow! As soon as I started my truck I instantly noticed it was running way smoother. I don't have more power or anything but it's definitely running smoother. I don't get into additives or stuff like that but it makes a difference, it's super cheap, give it a try. Truck was a 2015 with 109k miles.

My husband brought our van here to have tires put on. First, shame on us for even thinking this could be a good idea. They got every wheel loosened except the front driver side and told him it was on too tight and they couldn’t get it off. He offered to go get replacement lug nuts (in the event they broke them when they removed them) and they told him it was an hour to closing so they wouldn’t do that. {also why don’t they have replacement lug nuts?} They told him as well if it was earlier in the day it’d be no problem for him to do that… Sorry for inconveniencing you sirs, AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING… Oh let’s also not forget that they lied in stating they took off any tires AND didn’t balance the tires they took off. My husband directly asked the technician if he took off one of the tires and he stated “no”… when my husband pointed out that the white letters were now on the inside (and that a recent pic we have shows them on the outside) the technician then admitted to taking that one off. Then my husband asked again if he balanced them since he took them off, to which he said no… he did offer to balance it at that point- after my husband has already waited 45 minutes for them to tell him they can’t do it. To make things even better, it took them 30 more minutes to even tighten the lugs back up that they’d loosened. Save your time and money and go somewhere that actually knows what they are doing…
