Employees were very helpful. They retrieved the products that I was looking for and directed me toward a few sale items that I had been forgetting to pick up. So it was a good experience for me and I'm sure management was happy with add on sales that the employee made.

This establishment knows what customers want; above and beyond quality parts. A good customer experience. They provide that very well. A recent trip had me in need of a replacement part. The agent that assisted me was very helpful and, IMHO; went above and beyond. He looked up my part and informed me that he could probably get it, but would possibly be cheaper going to the dealership directly. I believe he could had focused on making a sale, but didn't; he seemed to have my best interest in mind.

I like Advanced Auto very much!! They are all so nice!! I came to get my battery checked because it was so weak and Randy checked it for me and I needed a new one so I bought a new battery! Thank you Randy and everyone there!!

Was disappointed in these people who I have been doing business with for years. Bought a brand new battery, went bad in a year and a half. It was a 3 year battery. They did replace it but this one did the same thing in the same amount of time. They tell me they go back to the original purchase time. So yes! I’m screwed out of a couple hundred dollars again! Not happy and going to start going elsewhere. If it’s a 3 year battery? You should get 3 years on the one they put in from that time! By by advance!
