I haven't shopped here yet. Probably wont. I called in with a question about cooling. After I explained everything, they guys says I know nothing about automobiles. I asked if someone there does, he said no. Needless to say, that was the end of the conversation. Maybe I'm old, but shouldn't you have some automotive ability to work in a parts store? This is exactly why every purchase requires a return. Much like my doctor, they only know what the computer spits out. I miss going to a parts store and having knowledgeable staff. Being just a job is why we get the services we get. Friendly or not, you don't belong in an automotive parts store if you don't know anything about automobiles.
