I have received previous oil changes without incidents. However, on 4/26/2025 I was at the Cherry Hill NJ Walmart Car care center for an oil change for my Rogue. The oil cap was not put back on. Lost 90 % of the oil driving back home. The oil is all inside the engine compartment. I will have to have that cleaned. I had to put replace the oil that was spewed. I have yet to hear from Walmart about my complaint.

AVOID AT ALL COST. I bought 4 tires with installation and a battery. Scheduled installation almost a week out because that was their next available. Online says that if battery is bought from Walmart then installation is free but there is no way to schedule the installation. So I tried calling the auto center to see if the battery could be installed when I got tires done. I can't tell you how many times I called, no one EVER picked up. Due to the lack of communication (and bad reviews), I no longer wanted to get my tires done here so I tried to cancel in the app. App would only let me cancel installation and battery. Tires had to be canceled by the store due to some glitch or something. Ok, fine. So I get to the auto center at 6:30pm and there's absolutely no one there. Lights are off and I had to quite literally hunt an associate down to ask for some help in auto. Customer service sent me to online pickup area. Online pickup area sent me to auto (which was closed). I finally went to electronics and had a he associate there call for a manager because I was at my wits end. Finally an associate who worked in the automotive department came up and was so helpful. He canceled the order for me within 10 minutes. Thank you Martin! You're the best! Walmart auto center sucks though. Seriously, pay a little more for better treatment as a consumer.

Do not get tires installed at the Walmart Cherry Hill Auto center. You can buy tires but get them installed somewhere else. They created very dangerous conditions for my car. I don't think they know what they're doing. They can't balance tires. Or their machines are off or something. Warning warning warning. Serious morning. Spent so much time and even gave them a dozen donuts to try to fix the problem. Don't waste your time and energy. I admit they have cheap tires at walmart. You can buy them there and get them installed somewhere else. Save yourself the headache and the worry that I went through. Jazz, seriously disappointed. I hope you enjoyed the donuts. You guys did me dirty.

Omg I should've have read the reviews first!!!! I ordered 2 tires that got delivered to my house. Then I tried to schedule an appt and couldn't do it online because they were asking me to purchase the tires which I already did. I called for 3 days straight no answer. I tried to dial different depts and nothing. I finally got some one on the fourth day and she just took my name and number and said someone will contact me. The worst experience ever! This is not how you treat customers. Very poor customer service. I will never purchase tires from them again. More people should report them to fix the problem.

Very poor quality service, had my car and my daughter's cars tires replaced. First they stripped a lug nut and told me they don't repair lug nuts and second, they charge for valve stem replacement when I found none of them were replaced. They don't answer the phones, even when I was in store and called I watched 3 employees standing there talking while the phone rang the whole time. I filed an official complaint with Better Business Bureau and Walmart complaint Dept. Will never use Walmart again, rather pay more for better service.
