My car was in their care for 7 weeks—5 for repairs and an additional 2 where it sat untouched because they failed to submit the necessary paperwork. Throughout the entire process, the staff was dismissive and uncommunicative. Whether it was due to my age, my race (I am Black), or both, I truly felt like I was not taken seriously. I had to escalate my concerns to corporate just to get clear information about the delays. The shop never obtained proper approval from the insurance company, which led to discussions about whether I’d be forced to cover costs for unauthorized repairs. As a young woman, I was hesitant to speak up at first—especially since they had possession of my brand-new vehicle. Unfortunately, when I finally received it, even though the bodywork seemed fine, I noticed a new issue: a dashboard sensor message appeared, which they claimed was unrelated to their repairs. Horrible experience. Only used them because they are the only Mercedes authorized body shop in the area. Repairs were supposed to take 4-6 weeks but took almost 4 months. No communication. Ended up paying for a rental for an accident that was in no way my fault. Horrible customer service. When finally complete I went to pick up the car at the date and time they gave me, and they hadn't even cleaned the car. Waited an hour and a half and finally just took the car and did the final cleaning myself. Overall, the work was acceptable but very sloppy and VERY bad communication. DONT USE THEM!

This shop’s service was horrible no accountability and no follow-up. There was one rep intge office that was good but I literally had to start stopping by every day to check on my car’s status and in the end I was charged extra for my rental because they lied about a part having to be reordered and would not write a letter to the insurance admitting to the delay in their end. THE WORSE CHOICE SHOP EVER! Please do not use them, you deserve better!

The communication is horrible. It took the body shop approx 40 days to replace & repair a rear bumper & under panel. I was furious after being told it may take 3 weeks. I had to call them 3 times a week until getting my car today! It impacted the rental limit on my policy. Even the manager didn't call me back as he said he would.

Superb work! My car was back quicker than anticipated and they were almost spot-on with the estimate. I hope I'll never have to see them again, but if I do, I won't second-guess my decision to go with them
