I have car shield warranty and they took it that was a major plus. Ask for frank he went above and beyond I have my car back fast and its runs great. I have 2017 chevy impala. done in a week service was fast

I went to Frank/Miguel because my car was shaking over 60 mph and a friend referred me to him. He diagnosed that I needed a new rack and pinion. Did it. Car still shook and steering wheel was turned all the way to the right. He said, 'Oh I forgot to tell you that you need an alignment. I don't have the machine to do it here.' Huh? I took it to Mavis and they said I also needed new tires. I was resistant because I had already spent more than I'd planned on my '99 Avalon, and my original mechanic hadn't said I needed them. Mistake. After the alignment, car still shook. Tire balancing. Still shook. After I finally bought new tires, the shaking finally stopped. If these were all the things required to stop the shaking (which I doubt all of the things were required), why didn't Frank do them, or tell me what all the needed to be done to begin with? So he can get the money for the most expensive part of the problem?? Anyway, never again.

I had warrantee work to be done on a 2016 Ford focus. Dropped car on Aug. 11 2022. It's now Sept. 08 and car not fixed. It's very difficult to get return phone call with updated info. I have to initiate contact or I won't hear from anyone. Sept. 11 will be 30 days that my car has been here. Even now was waiting for a call yesterday to know if I could pick up today! Very Very Very frustrating conducting business like this. I will not return for any services!
