This Walmart Auto Care Center is Awesome! The employees are really helpful and make you feel important. That was my experience. I have gotten tires on my vehicle, my wife's vehicle, and my son's vehicle here. I really appreciate this auto care center and service. Thanks to all the employees. And much appreciation to Fred, Josh, Jamie, and Roger for providing amazing, excellent service. Thank ya'll!

By the the time I went in and talked to someone it wasn't 5:30 when I took these pictures. Told appointments only, after I called on 18th to get amount for 2 tires . 5 days later the 23rd. I call in the morning make sure same price. Told some nonsense. Mind you THEY CLOSE AT 7. Not dissing the workers but the rude manager who decided to deny me service because they booked. See the lovely pictures of them with NO CARS the workers got done with ONE CAR when went in. Management says they can't help me WHEN I took pictures he comes to car Oh now he gonna help me but JACK the price for service and price of 2 tires they had in stock. This is a five day span Tim no longer working there assisted me on the 18th and JEFF smh said he left two weeks ago. Needless to say I DID NOT GET TIRES. Thank goodness my tire didn't blow on way home. NEVER IN MY TIME WITH CENTRAL WALMART HAVE I BEEN TREATED LIKE THAT. So no I will never use auto at Walmart in central EVER. Look for the signs not posted MYST M AS KE APPOINTMENT 🤬

Staff was incredibly rude, short and dismissive of my questions and concerns over the phone. Trying to rush me off the less than one minute phone call I made to them. If you’re able to take your vehicle anywhere else, do that. Don’t take it here.

Awful customer service. Thrown out by the service manager! Very pleasant till then the write up guy was professional and the mechanic working on the car was very nice. Went in cause I picked up a nail in my 2013 Ford F150. Nail was in a repairable spot. After the patch was complete the pleasant mechanic informed me that it was still leaking out of a dry rotted area in the side wall. He couldn’t show me exactly but I believed him and agreed to by two tires. He told me it would be 30 minutes and I would be ready. Came back 30 minutes later and he was just getting started. The back of the truck was hanging out the back of the shop. I asked the polite mechanic if I could put the Jack stuff together and he said sure. A few minutes later this guy comes out yelling and waving his arms screaming “you can’t be in here”. I attempted to explain that I had permission from the mechanic and he said “I’m the service manager and this conversation is over, get out”. I am a 64 year old corporate trainer for Freightliner shops. I train service department people from Alaska to Florida. Wow this was bad!! Best poor customer service story yet in 40 year career.
