I just got an alignment done on my truck. Christian Brothers Automotive offers excellent and convenient service that makes car maintenance and repairs hassle-free. The staff is friendly and professional and takes the time to explain what's needed, which adds a personal touch to the experience. While their pricing is a bit higher than some other local shops, the quality of service and peace of mind they have provided mostly make it worth the extra cost, especially if you are local and need the shuttle service. If it's between Christian Brothers and the dealership, I'm going to pick Christian Brothers every time. If you're looking for reliability and a great customer experience, Christian Brothers Automotive is a solid choice.

There are no words that can even begin to explain how absolutely amazing EVERYONE was. A beautiful facility only outdone by the staff and service. I was in a very difficult situation and they were so understanding and accommodating. Our cars will never go anywhere else. This review is genuinely an understatement. I wish I could do more than just leaving a positive review.

Wonderful experience! Clean shop with comfortable seating and even refreshments while you wait. The diagnostics report given was very detailed and ranked by importance - they called after sending the report to go through everything. The software made it very easy to select the items I wanted fixed and to authorize the work and payment. I needed a ride back home the morning I dropped my car off and they have a complimentary shuttle, which was so appreciated. Everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful. Will definitely go back and recommend to everyone!

Great communication from the staff. Professional, detailed and took personal ownership in assisting on the inspection of the car to identify the issues. The staff offered solutions to me as a customer so it was my decision on how to proceed. Lucas kept us updated. Highly recommend.

I just moved to Clemson and after a couple of weeks my car broke down I didn’t know anything about this repair shop until I had to go there I didn’t search for reviews or anything they are close by so that was my only stop, when I walked in I was in awe of how beautiful the place was they were very friendly and showed genuine concern about the issue with my vehicle not only that they repaired my car the same day I wasn’t expecting that but they did an amazing job! 10/10. My words for the guys at Christian Brothers are you guys are amazing and God bless every hand that touched my car Thank you guys and forever grateful! 😇

I contacted Christian Brothers last minute to get my car serviced before my daughter drove the vehicle out of town. I am new to the area and decided that I would give them a try. Turned out that my front breaks needed to be replaced. I knew this was the next car project I was facing, but I was hoping to have a little bit more time before I had to make the repair. I wasn’t prepared for that expense, but decided the best option was to get the break job right then. Shawn and the Christian Brothers team went above and beyond to see that I did not leave with my front breaks badly needing to be replaced. They wanted my daughter to be safe! They were super sensitive to my financial needs, and made sure that I left with new front breaks at a very affordable price! I have never experienced this level of concern and service from an automotive repair shop. I will never forget their extreme kindness and concern for a complete stranger, me! This is a very professional and well ran business. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed. Great service, but the team there is absolutely the best!

I recommend this shop to anyone who need a repair. I called wed eve and asked for a appointment. Josh told me to just bring it in right then. When I told him I didn't have time he offered me a courtesy tow. They picked my car up and had it fully diagnosed by the next morning. I had a busted hose. They had a couple more recommendations but I had to decline. I was told they would take care of those recommendations that they were there to serve The community and they felt it was needed. The repairs were done on my car. When I picked up my car I was truly only charged for the repair I authorized. They are wonderful people. I have never had someone do that for me. Sean and his team are absolutely wonderful. Super professional. They went above and beyond to help with my daughter’s Jeep. She is at CU and I am in NY. It’s so hard to be out of state with a young girl so far away. I really can’t say enough good things. I felt safe for my daughter and their honesty towards the work necessary was exceptional and not something this New Yorker is used to. Excellent Service from the moment I walked in. As soon as I was checked in, coffee was offered. With my coffee and snack, I sat down in waiting area. My truck was ready in 45 minutes with a bottle of water waiting. Even gave me a rose to take home to my wife. I will definitely be returning for future oil changes and services.
