The experience was great the staff was kind and courteous. I was unaware prior to my service that they would be unable to check and top off my transmission fluid but overall they did what they could and I’m satisfied.

They have been great in the past but today they took advantage of our son when he took one of the vehicles to get a high mileage oil change. They advised him to do full synthetic (not recommended to go back to other once started on full synthetic), didn't offer a coupon, broke his drain plug (and charged him for him). Customer service is refunding the difference in oil but he is stuck with that oil for life of car. I'm so upset and disappointed.

Fast and friendly service. Jon was very professional, knowledgeable, and wasn't too pushy at all when up selling other services. I usually never purchase anything but a basic oil change, but the way he approached me about my air filters made me want to have him replace them. I will get my oil changed at Valvoline from here on out.

Jon was super helpful with getting the right filter which they were out of from the auto parts store next door. Then I asked him how the air filter was and it needed to be replaced so he went back to the auto parts store to get it. I do wish they had the parts on hand but the convenience of the auto store made it convenient.

Very fast work! Didn’t upsell me because he said people hate it, but when I asked for options they gave me the info I needed to make good decisions. They gave me additional discounts on services even beyond my coupon. Very satisfied
