Jiffy Lube

I am not the type who usually goes online to rate or review people's behavior, character, or type of service(s) accorded, but I am compelled to do so tonight, and I will gladly do it without holding anything back. First, I would like to start with Chris (the store manager). Chris is such a wonderful man that everyone would pray, hope, or wish to be the first person you’d wake up to or meet when you're just coming out of bed. His exemplary leadership style is second to none, and I am grateful I met him again tonight. Second, what a clean and serene environment you guys have. The waiting room is so clean and well-kept that you feel comfortable continuing your office work. Then there's the team—these guys are simply the best and experts at their peak! Finally, the service—I took my car in for a tire rotation and oil change, and my experience was nothing short of top-notch! I did not have to make any reservations, and everything was taken care of in less than 45 minutes—excellent services at a great price.! So, if you're looking for where to get the best services for your automobile care and maintenance, look no further. Jiffy Lube, Tiger Blvd, Clemson, has got your back!

My car feels amazing after leaving jiffy lube! Everyone there is so kind and will help you with anything you need. They make sure you know exactly what they are going to your car. Great experience!!

Great experience at this location. The team is very friendly and personable. It was fun talking cars and music with Thomas and with the main technician working on my vehicle. I will be taking advantage of the top off services available within the first 3000 miles. I thought the pricing was well within the market rate and a good value. Service took less than 15 minutes. Excellent job, guys!

Another awesome job! This location is the best. Nicest technicians, always honest and clear, and they do great work FAST. This is the only place I go for oil changes, alignments, and tired.

I’ve been going to this owners Jiffy Lube for 10 years. Every single time I’ve been has been an incredible experience. The service is fast and professional. You never feel that they are just trying to make a sell. There is no one I trust more to do quality work on my vehicles. Highly recommended!

I see such great service and care when I went to Jiffy lube in Clemson last Monday. All the staff were so kind and caring and I even got a discount for being a student. It was wonderful. 10 out of 10 would recommend. I will be back.

My daughter went to have an oil change at Jiffy Lube in Clemson. Afterwards on her way up on 85, her car broke down. After strangers, who were kind to help, but in these days it is hard to trust help, figured out that her skid plate was off. The car would not let her drive. The stranger tied it up, so she could get closer to the Volkswagen dealership. It did not stay tied up, so she was still stuck on 85. Her friend, who works for and family owns a business who tows and works on big trucks, was luckily getting through a job and drove up 85 to help. Mind you this started at 3 p.m. and he got to her at 5:30. A 23 year old young lady stuck on a busy highway like 85. I tried to reach Jiffy Lube, but the phones were not working. I called customer service and they were able to get Chris, the manger, to reach out to my daughter. They were sent a bill from the company that came and got her. My daughter was told a check would be sent, but Chris thought the story had changed and I guess the owner believed him. I am attaching a photo of the company helping my daughter the day the car broke down, so they see no one lied. After Chris told me, they would not pay the fee to the company that came out to help, I called Jesse, the district manager and he said they were going to take care of us. We took the car to Volkswagen and they said she needed a new skid plate. Jiffy Lube did order that piece and put it on. They did not offer to refund the $100 oil change and they did not like the $500 fee from the company that came and got her. This could have been really bad. Thank the lord she was not hurt. I know as a previous business owner, when you are at fault, you refund the service, fix the problem and offer something so the customer will come back. Instead, we were called liars. Terrible and we will never go back!

Had an impromptu visit to Jiffy Lube and my experience was great! What I thought was a simply flat, turned into finding a nail in my tire. Although it took a little longer than anticipated, service was good and I’m grateful.

Can't say enough wonderful things about Clemson's Jiffy Lube! I was in town for Parents Weekend ... my daughter needed an oil & filter change & mentioned that her check engine light had gone on. I was so bummed since I knew I'd need to figure out how & where to get the car repaired in Anderson. When I came in for the oil & filter, the workers were so Kind & so Helpful. I asked if by chance they could check to see what the check engine light was referencing. Yes, they could! They diagnosed & once they explained the issue to me, they had the part delivered & installed SAME DAY! I was amazed that Jiffy did auto repair... amazed & do very GRATEFUL! The repair job was finished quickly & I was able to safely get to my daughter's dance showcase with plenty of time. Great job, Great workers!!!

I went for just an oil change. But when they checked everything my radiator hose burst. They explained what happened and were quick to fix it. I am so thankful it happened there, and not on the road. All the guys were extremely sweet and easy to talk to. I was very satisfied and will definitely be a return customer.
