If you go in for a oil change. Check your tires before. Take pictures. I feel like my front tires were changed to bald tires but i cannot prove it. I just know i would never have bald tires when i drive down and up the hill everyday .

I just needed my tires changed I had an appointment at 3:00pm and at 3:17pm they had my car in the shop and it took them until 5:15pm to change FOUR tires. It wasn’t busy at all I’m not sure why it took them forever. My first and last time using the auto center. I’ll pay the $100 more at America’s tires just because they’ve always done it in a timely manner.

This rating is on my most recent experience. Went for an oil change and tire rotation, was quoted 3 hrs. I returned 4 hours later, and my vehicle was still outside, never moved. However, cars that were behind me, beside me were in the service bay. I have never had a problem before, this one however has me shaking my head. I felt bad for the technician, as he was trying his best.

Got there with no line. Still took over 3 hours to just put on tires, they did not balance any of them, care shook after and want going to wait 3+ hrs again, sp had to go somewhere else and pay for balancing yet again. Also did not inform me a wheel was bent, terrible service, incompetent workers

My go-to place for an oil change. Yes, they're always busy, but to me, that shows they're doing it right. Always easy, straight, and simple, no run around.

I purchased 4 new tires at this Walmart with so Road Hazard protection plan. Two weeks after the purchase a nail was in the tire and I returned to the Walmart center to repair my tire. Two days after repairing the tire it went flat again. The road hazard only covers the tire you bought and they can't even repair the tire right. So save your money on that service and go somewhere else.
