I came in for a battery installation because another autozone wasn't able to do it. These people were very knowledgeable and helpful. They've had plenty of experience under their belt, I trust them and had a good experience. I would definitely recommend this place (: glad I came in to see them.

Frans was such a good help on friday i was 90 miles away from home when my check engine light started flashing and i had miss fire he helped me get the coil pack i needed and overall such a good worker

I have been purchasing my parts from autozone for thirty years. I bought an alternator at a different autozone.Put it on my truck and I had an issue with it. So I came to this autozone to have them test the alternator. I was greeted by the female Latina manager who proceeded to tell me.This was not their alternator when I just bought it an hour before at the palmdale road location enventhough i had my receipt in hand. She argued with me and then proceeded to test my alternator. I then took that same alternator to the palmdale road location and explain to them what happened. The manager at this location called the bear valley location and explained the situation and told her that she would will call it so that I can swap the alternator. I over heard her say she didn't feel comfortable exchanging it. Extremely unprofessional, I will be contacting corprate.

Robert and the young guy that installed my battery were truly the best!!! Professional and just all around the best customer service , I appreciate it 👍 especially being a single mom , I will continue coming back here!!!! I was gonna go to Walmart but they are crazy busy and hung up on me on phone... I came in here and waited and got everything I needed... thanks again I do appreciate you guys so much!!!

Honestly, I always get told “we don’t have that here but the Victorville store has it.” My car is broke what good does that do me if I have to drive another hour to another location. Other than that, the workers are nice and respectful.

Outstanding service, The employee who was working there Christopher was very helpful and very friendly. Will definitely only go to this AutoZone. Help me installed windshield wipers for the rain. A very good employee.
