Walmart Auto Care Centers

Came as a walk-in customer the day before Thanksgiving. They said it would be a while since they were busy. It took barely over an hour. And way more affordable than the other lube shops. I'm thankful for this crew taking care of my van quickly so I can get back on the highway.

I cannot say enough good things about Doug and the entire Walmart Auto Care team. They went WAY above and beyond in providing incredible customer service when I had an issue with my car after I got new tires. They left no stone unturned (or in this case, tire unrotated). It turned out that it wasn’t the tires at all, and when they figured that out, they pointed me in the right direction to get the help I needed that was beyond the scope of work they can perform there. They were kind, respectful, listened to my concerns, included me every step of the way, and provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you to all of you for doing excellent work!!

Make an appointment and they did not put my tires on because they were unable to get bolts off of my tires. Lug nuts were not able to come off of one because they stripped it. I don't know what they're doing over there. But it is not good because when they worked on my daughter's car. 6 months ago they did the same thing to her bolts. They stripped them and were unable to put them on and I had to replace all her lugnuts.

Pulled into the auto care at 6:30 with a blow out on my box trailer and needed my spare put on the rim. The supervisor said No!!! He told me he leaves at 7 pm sharp and the mechanic could not stay without him there. I had to leave my box trailer there. I found a great place in Port Clinton who put the tire on in 10 minutes. I then had to drive back north with the trailer. Luckily no one broke into my trailer while it was there. What happened to kindness in an emergency. My advice is don’t have a blowout in front of Mansfield Walmart.

Absolute idiots! I made an appointment online and bought 2 tires... called before I drove 30 minutes there asking if it was okay that my key fob was broken.. they told me it wouldn't be a problem. Dropped the car off, told them about the key fob again.. still wasn't an issue.. walked around walmart for an hour.. went back to see what was going on... simply said "we canceled your appointment because of your key fob" So not only did they not say something when I called, they didn't say anything when I dropped it off, they didn't call me to tell me they canceled the appointment either... so I wasted my time and gas... I wouldn't send my bicycle to this shop.

Had an appointment at 10:30. Took 3 hours to do an oil change and install 2 tires. Very poor customer service. Rotated my tires and said the car was done but didn't install the new ones. Had to take it back in. Put the new ones on the front instead of the rear. I will never go back there again.

GREAT! Only 2 guys working and still friendly caring service. I had called in the morning about tires and the woman who I spoke to was also wonderful. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. Yes, there are still people who ❤ care. Thank you. I appreciate you all!
