Tim is outstanding! He never does unnecessary service and always calls if he finds a problem that needs fixed, asking for customer approval before doing it. We took our 2014 Hyundai Elantra in for an oil change and Tim noticed a major problem with our engine (It needed replaced.) It was still under warranty (barely), after after a brief fight with Hyundai, we got a new engine. Without Tim's expertise, the warranty would have expired and we would have been out thousands of dollars for a new motor. Thanks Tim!

Mr. Norris was very knowledgable about mechanical problems. Very professional. Got my car fixed before he said he would. He gave me some advice about the shape my car was in which wasnt good but I was so grateful he let me know so I can do something about it. So he went above and beyond and did not have to. They took good care of my dad when he went in for a repair. Reasonable price and was completed the same day. As we are new customers i don't have a whole lot to go on but the initial impression was good. Very good. We will definitely be back unfortunately when a vehicle inevitably will breakdown. Thank you for the great repair and respect. It went a long way!

Tim is the only place I'll take any of my gas cars to. If he had a diesel tech, he'd be the only place I'd take my truck to as well. Honest, accommodating, reasonable, and competent. Hard working family man through and through. What more could you ask for out of a mechanic?? If you're thinking about going here, don't hesitate. Norris Auto is one in a million.

I had stopped in on my way through cross country travels with some vehicle troubles, staff was very friendly and trust worthy, cleared some codes for me and had me back out on the road in no time. Can’t say it enough they were a real life saver!!
