Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

I arrived here, hours away from home with in need of just simple tools to put on a spare and get my car home and they inflated the spare and put it on for me out of the kindness of their hearts. The Manager Terra Gomez was especially nice to me and my father-in-law and that definitely turned my day around. As I am too far away to appreciate their business with my patronage, I leave this review in the hopes that it makes up for it. Thank you.

Absolute disaster. I can't speak to the quality of the mechanic service but booking an appointment was so ridiculous, I just gave up, I'll take my business elsewhere. I was told I could have an appointment at 11:30, out of nowhere the agent goes silent on me, call hadn't ended mind you. So eventually I hang up. Call back to confirm the status of my appointment and was told the service manager was busy and that they would call me back. They call me back only to tell me that I DON'T have an appointment and if they got me in today, all they could give me is a quote. Wow! Never mind!!! I'll take my business elsewhere

We recently brought our car back to Tire Choice, after a couple of years not using them for service, due to a couple unfortunate situations. Pleasantly surprised to find a new manager & master technician, as well as new a new tech.. Courtney, is a wonderful manager & we received excellent service. . We are happy with the changes & are happy to return as loyal customers!

The previous shop that installed my tires didn't inform me that one my new tires had a flat spot causing my car to shake. Under warranty they checked it out for me and found the issue ( flat spot ) and re balanced the tire much better then the last place...almost 0 vibration now. The manager was kind and explained everything as they were doing it and the mechanic was definitely experienced. I will be getting a replacement tire installed to completely fix the issue.

First let me say the place is great. Great service. Very thorough. The people at this location is great. This is more 1 star for the company itself. They apparently use a 3rd party call center to book appointments. This place is 30 min away but worth it. The call center got me in at last appt 4 pm Sunday. Weekdays are hard. I get there and they apologize but they have two in front of me booked at 4 pm and theyre short staffed. I had other places I could have went but now it's too late. So now I have to wait days for someplace else The guy at the register was super nice and sympathetic. And gave me card with their direct number for next time. Again this location is great. I'm hoping the company overall will see my frustration.

They are fabulous! Their quote was so much less than the other place I got a quote for and they got me in and out in less than 45 minutes! I've already recommended them to people and will always go there from now on with any service I need that they provide. Thanks guys!

Courtney and Nick at Mansfield were great! They were thorough and helpful. They stayed 2 hours beyond the closing time to work on the vehicle on a Sunday. Appreciate it.
