Van's Auto Service & Tire Pros of Mansfield

I have been coming to Van's for a while to service me vehicles. There was an issue with my 2017 F250 Goodyear Adventure with Kevlar. After 13 months and 14000 miles they had no traction and I was sliding all over. It was not a tred issue because they still had 8/32. I talked to Mike and he worked with me to get them warrantied out and replaced with Cooper Discover Stronghold AT. These after almost two months, 1,300 miles, and several bad snow storms have been the best tires I have ever had. Traction is awesome and noise in minimal at best. I am not sure about wear yet but nothing is standing out as an issue. I recommend these to other individuals that have a desire for a cross between a highway and mud tire that can do it all.

Wow the Goodyear Weather Ready tires are a total game changer, these tires are like a cross between a all season and a aggressive tire combined,they have 2 different tread designs which seem to grip very well when going from dry to wet pavement. If these turn out being a very durable tire, I don’t think I would ever run anything else. The employees knowledge, service and respect have been phenomenal, I will definitely be a return customer.

Friendly people, but an unsatisfactory experience, and a seemingly unethical business. I got new tires put on - and at a good price. During the installation, Van's claimed my car battery was nearly dead and my car needs aligned, pushing an extra $400 of service. They said the exact same thing to a friend of mine. Both our cars are in good condition. You can expect to hear that "your battery tested low" and "your vehicle is slightly out of alignment" even though you just wanted tires put on, and your car is in good shape. Not cool. Days after, I had to take my tires back to be balanced (they were not balanced when installed, resulting in a rough ride). They also threw my old tires out when I had asked to keep them; thankfully they recovered them from the trash. Overall, a very unpleasant experience, and I would not return. I dont like to write reviews - and the people are friendly here - but the experience was deeply unsettling, and I wished to warn prospective clients.

The whole group from the mechanics to the service coordinators were kind, thoughtful and shared information on my vehicle without bias. They were pleasant to talk with and even let my dogs sit leashed next to me since I was traveling out of town. Great price on tires as well!

We were driving through on NY Eve to get home in NY and I felt that the front wheels were slipping a bit on the water due to rain. I called them as we were in the area on I-71. We were about an hour before their closing time, but Mike, the manager, said that they could have a look and fit us in! I asked them to just rotate the rear tires to the front. After waiting for a bit, they got us in and did the switch. Many thanks to Mike and Van's to getting us on the road safely. Awesome service and friendly staff.

My husband and I have been bringing both of our vehicles here for a while now. This place is awesome! They employ a fun, friendly and honest staff at this location, and they don’t try to sucker you out of services that aren’t needed for your vehicle. The office Manager Mike really stepped up and helped me in a pinch a few months back with a loaner vehicle, and they have always done great work on our vehicles! We highly recommend this Vans location! Keep up the great work you guys!! 🙂

Their service is extremely fast. Customer service exceeds excellence! They are the most HONEST auto service center i have seen in 40 years!!! They’re super friendly and super fast with their work. I called in for a tire repair because there was a nail in my tire and a week later it’s still in good shape so I do appreciate you and your techs for putting me back on the road without any hassle or issues!
