Walmart Auto Care Centers

I went to the Walmart and got these tires and this is what happened. I almost lost my life and all the other tires are seeping air. I have to continuously go back to Walmart schedule appointment and take time out of my day to get them sealed and refilled. these are the Douglas Tower brand they are horrible. I would never shop at Walmart for tires again. I’m so glad I didn’t lose my life in the middle of the highway when my tire flew off and flew across the highway and I really feel like Walmart owe me some sort of conversation.

I recently had a new battery put in at this Walmart auto center. The positive terminal wasn't connected tightly and disconnected when I was driving. I had to pay for roadside service to reconnect it. I tried to resolve the issue with Coach Maria but my calls were never returned. I haven't shopped at Walmart again since and wouldn't recommend taking your car there.

Real hard working here, wouldn't check battery and said there was a line, where's the line said couldn't see size for tires I can see why need to stand up and walk outside to see. Well that never happened to busy using desk as a bed,? Buddy the crack looks like the grand canyon. Have dignity about yourself coming to work.

Man in the photo below rude ignorant didn't want to help us at all when we simply asked just for our battery to be tested. He stood there as the supervisor maria took over and helped out the customer he wasn't able to. When asked to check out battery he said I'm busy can't you see that, busy doing what standing not acknowledging a customer. I get it all Walmarts are low end and ran by uneducated people or wannabes but my God have some class about yourself. Never go here again.

Waited an hour in line, presses the button multiple times, tried calling. Eventually a security guy went and grabbed the employee from the back only to be told that he didn't have time for a tire repair.

I called around and drove up to every oil place in town & Wal-Mart was the cheapest for a car requiring 6qts of full synthetic oil. Most of the service was friendly & good, with the exception of the initial meeting with a mechanic at the garage doors. But, Linda, at the counter, and the gentleman that made the call to me & later checked me out, vindicated them & made my oil change as pleasant as the price. So the 4 stars is because it's not nice to tell the customer, "I don't know what the attitude is about", especially when you are the first face they see. If there was anything comparable in price, I would've taken my business elsewhere🤷🏽
