Firestone Complete Auto Care

Took my 2021 Jeep Compass in to get 4 new tires. They put the tires on and told me I needed an alignment. I told them to go ahead and do the alignment. When everything was completed I paid them over $700. I got in my Jeep and started driving and it was pulling so hard to the right I almost hit the curb. Never had an issue with my vehicle before and only brought it in for new tires. I bring it back, have the mechanic drive it, they “redo” the alignment and tell me they can’t get their computer to read my vehicle and “it’s probably the steer angle sensor “ they get someone on the phone (I’m assuming the manager) and he walks them through getting the computer to read my vehicle, “redo “ the alignment again and I still have the same issue, pulling hard to the right. They inform me that their is nothing else they can do and tell me they can’t refund my money because the manager had to that and he’s on vacation, but that he would note my account and I’ll get a refund when the manager gets back. Needless to say, a month later I’m going over my bank statement and they never refunded the money. When I called to speak to the manager he was never there. After about a week of calling I finally get in touch with the manager and he’s argumentative telling me he can’t do a refund over the phone and that I would have to come there and show my paperwork that somebody else fixed it because they “did the alignment “ Excuse me sir, the alignment gave me an issue I never had before with my vehicle all because your mechanic wanted to half ass it and couldn’t have done the alignment because tje computer wouldn’t connect to my vehicle which I would many have even known if I hadn’t brought it back! this place is an absolute joke & I would not recommend anyone go here, especially women!

Andy was very nice! Walked me through my appointment process and then gave me directions when I got lost. Got an oil change and a tire rotation - price was great and the waiting area was nice, quiet, and warm.

I arrived on January 17th for my 12 pm appointment at 12:07 pm. Jeff stated I was late and to give them a call the next time because they have other clients... I stated, "understood, should I reschedule, I too have a 2 pm appointment to get my new tires on, will this be over the 1 hour I was told?" He stated yes because it takes 1-2 hours. He said I should have gotten the wheel alignment after the tires were replaced. I stated, I was told the order didn't matter. Jeff then precedes to say, let me check to see what tire size you have and we can take care of both services here. He asked, where did you get the tires? He then asked how much was the tires? He then pointed as if I was going to the Walmart next door to get my tires on, and stated he wouldn't have them put the tires on and he heard some good things and not so good things. He then precedes to scoff at the price I received for my tires. I begin to ask him what brand was the tires he quoted me, I let him know I never heard of those brands and another associate chimes in and says it's a generic brand comparable to Walmart brand. I stated Walmart sells Firestone, Michelin, Goodyear and any other brand name. How is that comparable? I decided to cancel my appointment for the wheel alignment and never return. I've purchased my tires from Walmart since 2017 and never had an issue. I've purchased the Douglas and Goodyear tires from Walmart. The audacity in a desperate attempt to sell me some cheap tires as if he was a beggar on the street in that filthy seating and office area was atrocious. The nerve to tell me how Walmart operated as if I cared.

Excellant management Management and staff are knowledgeable and efficient. Repairs are done quickly and correctly. My vehicle and I are treated with respect. Jay is an extremely nice person to deal with and he is an excellent mechanic. I'm always happy when he works on my vehicle. ⁷

Brought my car in without an appointment minutes before closing and I asked if I could leave it overnight for a tire repair. I received a call shortly after 7am the next morning to tell me my car was ready for pickup. Exceptional, fast and friendly service was provided.

I've been coming to this Firestone location for over 10 years. I've had brakes, tires, and a couple of other services done on 4 vehicles in that time. Every time they've gone out of their way to accommodate in any way they can. They don't push products and services, but will recommend and remind you of things that need or should be done. They've helped in emergency situations where the vehicle probably wouldn't have made it home otherwise. The mechanics and store manager are all knowledgeable, and have no problem correcting any mistakes (of which are seldom). I do a lot of work on my own vehicles, but will definitely continue to use this Firestone for everything I would rather not. Thanks again for the great service.

I dropped my car off Friday evening before closing for an appointment at 9:30 AM on Saturday that was confirmed on the phone with the manager. I had not heard from this location ALL DAY Saturday until I stopped in to check on the progress (I happened to be in the area). They informed me my car sat in the garage all day and that it would be serviced first thing Sunday morning. I did not get a call until noon on Sunday just to be informed that I would need to incur a $2,500 repair for parts I could source for less than half the price. I was also charged nearly $200 just to have my car hooked up to a machine for less than an hour when they finally got around to it. I've not received good service for the past two visits to this location and will be seeking repair quotes elsewhere/not returning.
