Take 5 Oil Change

Excellent Customer Service. All three of the people working were friendly through the entire service. When changing the oil in my car, they realized they didn't carry the filter my car required. They kept me informed, and one of them drove to an auto parts store to pick up the filter I needed. While I was waiting, I wasn't ignored. The remaining two workers talked and joked with me. All three were very apologetic for me having to wait, but honestly, it didn't even take very long despite the hiccup which was also very impressive. It cost a little more than I'm used to at other places I've gone, but the added expense is worth it for the customer service. I wish I'd have gotten their names so I could give them a personal shout out.

Great experience at the Take 5 in Liberty. Staff was very knowledgeable and polite, offered some coupons that were available that I didn’t have so I was able to save a little money too. Will definitely go back.

I was really impressed by how the lady knew that there was a cabin filter in my car when I was told by Firestone that my car didn't have one. She went right to it and it was nasty so now I'm breathing cleaner air in my car. Thank you so much and that lady's knowledge will help your company and now I'm going to see her again when it's time to change my oil again.

We were traveling and we're due an oil change were we normally go couldn't lift our van we saw take 5 and thought they might help. Sure enough they got us right in. We even got to stay in our van. Staff was great and a very reasonable rate. I would highly recommend them. Thank you you taking good care of us.

The whole experience was just amazing! I love the top off policy! They brought me out a cold water, which was much appreciated! Also Alyssa who explained everything was great!

I used this place because I had a coupon. Still cost me over $100 just for a oil change and a new filter. Customer Service was great, but it is pretty good at the other places too for much less.

It’s one of the best oil changes that I’ve ever had. When I pulled up to the establishment, I was greeted by a kind gentleman. He gave me a water bottle and asked questions and told me where to park. From there the interactions of everyone involved was symphonic while inside during my oil change. I knew what was going because I could hear them saying what they were doing. My fluids were topped off even air in my tires . I didn’t have to get out of my car, I asked questions they answered. There was a young lady there amongst all the gentleman who was very impressive . She knew her stuff. If anyone needs an oil change please stop in at Take 5 on Belmont ave In Youngstown and sit back and let them take care of you the way you deserve. Well deserved to all involved in my oil change . P.S My horn was broken , so don’t think I wasn’t trying to blow it .

The service by the employees was great. But I do not appreciate the sign saying starting at 4999 and paying $84 with a coupon and the small print five dollar service charge. Not good state your price to the customer.

The guys were very friendly and respectful. They explained all my choices , answered questions and let me choose services I wanted. No high pressure sales tactics. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
